Chapter 145

Paul’s pov

Suddenly the timer rang as everybody went to their seats as I did. I got out my tablet to take in notes and record the minutes for the day as the meeting started. Lyon started to talk about a lot of things… how good the company had been doing and all that bullshit… as I almost slept off.

Then, when he was done, the financial advisors gave their own thoughts on how Alex had been destroying the company, which I sighed at and raised my hand as everybody turned to me.

“Can we all stop talking about that boy for a goddamn second and focus on something else.”

Lyon leaned back in his seat. “What are you saying, Paul?”

I shrugged. “Well, we are losing investors,” I said, getting to my feet as I picked up the pointer and used it against the wall where the financial graph was drawn. “As you can see here, point B and point A are showing a decline. Very steep. It means more than a hundred investors have decided to drop out. And those are people that invest millions into our company.”
