Chapter - 54

Isabella's pov;

"We're going to a restaurant today, so get ready by 7 p.m." Mr Martinez told me.

"I'm not going."

"Why?"

"You're wondering why? Take a look at this!" I exclaimed, showing him my neck and went on, "You grabbed my neck last night and choked it to the point where I couldn't breathe and now you're inviting me out the next day. How do I look in your eyes? You didn't even ask whether I'm interested or not. You're just ordering me to go with you. FYI, I'm not your slave. And, I'm not in the mood to go out with you right now." And then I went to my room.

What is his opinion of himself? Is he expecting me to go wherever he asks even after what happened last night? What do I mean to him?

Someone came to the door and knocked.
