Find Her

“Answer the phone, Evina,” Gabriel grunted as he paced back and forth. He was already in front of Evina’s house. After the director’s meeting, he quickly called her, so he could talk to her personally. However, Evina wasn’t answering her phone.

Fretful and perturbed, he quickly went out of The Elysian Inc. building and searched for her. But he couldn’t find her. With the negative turn of events against her, he was apprehensive about what could have happened to her. He wanted to bang his head to the nearest wall for not following her at once.

“There was no one inside that house,” An old lady interrupted her thoughts. She had a bag of groceries in her hands and was about to go into her residence, which was just adjacent to the house where Evina was staying.
