Chapter 20~ Drunk

Claire stared at Oliver incredulously. Was he being for real? She was about to reply when Wesley beat her to it.

Stepping back from Claire, Wesley glanced at Oliver and chuckled mockingly before saying, “Excuse me but this is not your company and Claire is not your Legal Director right now. I find it rude that you're interrupting my time with my date, Mr Ford.”

“It may not be my company but I’m the biggest donator for this charity organisation. I need to draw up some contracts with the owner so, yeah, Claire is my Legal Director even now because I'm working and I'M HER BOSS,” Oliver responded coldly, his jaws clenching.

Claire furrowed her eyebrows as anger flared through her. She glared at Oliver and responded through gritted teeth, “Mr Ford, I’ll deal with this issue on Monday-”

“It’s urgent,” Oliver declared and before Claire could respond, he grabbed her wrist and dragged her away.

“What do you think you’re doing?! People are watching!” Claire hissed in a low voice. She ha
