The sound of footsteps in the hallway woke Via up. Her eyes opened slowly.
Still under the influence of drowsiness, Via glanced around and realized that she was asleep in the waiting chair. Her eyes stared in wonder at the black coat that enveloped her warm body. There was a look of confusion on her face as soon as she touched a familiar suit with a very memorable scent.
Via’s slender fingers carefully touched the surface of the coat, until her chest expanded instantly, sending a swish of blood that spread to her body. Unable to contain herself, Via hugged the coat tightly as tears began to gather in her eyes.
