Chapter 45.
Dominik POV
Standing up, I take a deep breath, feeling with great relief the cool sea breeze and the on my skin. After such a heavy rain, the sky has cleared and the warm sun is shining down on us brightly.
"You should stand up and come here, the sun will warm you up" I recommend to Victoria.
Looking at me in the sun, Victoria hesitates a bit, but finally stands up and walks in my direction, walking close to the shore on the beach letting the sun warm our bodies.
"Oh wow... This feels really good, I was freezing back there" Victoria says, closing her eyes and enjoying the sun hitting her all over her face.
"The seawater was freezing, our clothes are wet and the cold didn't lessen in the shade, in such conditions the sun is nice".
"You are right" She answers me, smiling at me.
I don't quite know what I should talk to Victoria about, I know I had set out to be her friend or at least become closer to her, and I was only going to get that

Victoria POV Smiling, I felt the sun on my face, warming my skin with its rays of light. I know it's strange, because most people don't like it, but I personally like to feel the light on my skin, I like to feel the sun's rays warming my body. "We should find a good place to put our stuff," Dominik tells me, as he walks next to me. Opening my eyes and looking at the beach, I notice that because of the time there are quite a few people, who in the mid-afternoon enjoy the sun and are doing various activities, like tanning or playing in the sand. Dominik POVGetting out of the water, I take a deep breath, as I bring my hands to my hair and calmly pull it back. The water is at a perfect temperature and it feels great to swim in it, so I can't help but feel calm swimming in the seawater, something that had always pleased me a lot. I don't know why, but ever since I was very young when I was still in high school and practicing scuba diving with my father, I always enjoyed swimming in the sea, whether it was this way on a beach or in a wetsuit at the bottom of the sea, swimming was always something I enjoyed.However now that I am older, that I have so many responsibilities and things to do, I stopped swimming or diving, as it is a sport or a hobby that takes too much time, so the best sport I can do is to train in my personal gym at home or in a special gym near work.
