I immediately called Bruce.

"Put the word out. Tell them Leo's company is finished, and the money's dried up. Get the drug lords, arms dealers, and anyone else he owes to come collecting. Anyone with scores to settle, now's the time."

"Understood."

I hung up and looked out the window. Olive leaves littered the ground across the estate.

Leo's life in prison was anything but pleasant.

I had someone casually let it slip to the cellblock boss that Leo used to be a big shot on the outside. I heard that on his very first day, Leo complained that the cell was too crowded and demanded a private room.
