Ethan woke up later than usual and stood on the balcony of his room for minutes, watching carefully as everything was going on within the axis of his compound. The workers were busy with their jobs in and out of the house as usual, more conscious of how they acted while under the surveillance eyes of their cold boss.

He was sitting comfortably and sipping hot coffee as the sun rays shone brilliantly on his face, and he seemed to be in a bad mood ever since Ava had left the concert hall hurriedly after she saw him. He knew she was avoiding him so seriously to a terrible extent, that he was feeling like there might be no results even if he tried harder.

Within him was anxiety that erupted nonstop which he was trying to conceal, and it was hard to feel good knowing well that the thoughts of her constantly eroded his mind. It bothered him deep down in his heart to know that he could never feel better, if she never took him back and let their past be bygones.
