Dan remembered why he installed the tracker on Julissa’s car after the police raided his home, per Antonio’s idea. Julissa was the weakest in his mind, next was Rock when it came to keeping secrets and bending under pressure. She had the most reason for revenge and fewer reasons to protect them. He didn’t trust her and assumed her to be the killer of Fairchild.
