Silas gently wiped my cut clean. The silence between us didn't made me feel good. Not good at all. I could see anger in his eyes. His taut muscles was screaming of the rage he was trying to keep at bay. The coat he draped around me while I fell asleep on him was still snuggling to my shivering frame. I bit my lips when he pressed the band-aid firmly before pulling himself back.

"Are you hurt anywhere else?" He asked me gently, and I shook my head. My back was aching. Ethan had slammed me against the hall pretty harshly.

"I am fine. How did you find me?" I asked him softly, and he let out a sigh, grabbing me by my arm and turned me around.

I opened my mouth to tell him I was really fine but he silenced me by removing the coat from my body and rolling up my shirt, making me flush. I saw his eyes darkening when they fell on my back.
