LOGINPOV: Callum Miller
Surrounded by the dark, claustrophobic smell of cedarwood and fresh cotton, my lungs were already screaming from holding my breath in the hallway. I let out a ragged, desperate gasp into the pitch black, my chest heaving against Gideon’s broad sternum as I dragged in cool air.
"Breathe, sweet boy," Gideon rumbled into the shadows.
Before I could clear my head or steady my trembling knees, his broad hand moved up from my ribcage, his fingers wrapping firmly around the back of my neck. His grip was thick, warm, and anchoring, pinning my head in place with effortless physical dominance.
He tilted my face upward in the dark.
"Open your mouth for me," he commanded, his low baritone vibrating against my lips a split second before he leaned down and claimed them.
The kiss didn't begin softly. It crashed over me like an irresistible, heavy tide…deep, authoritative, and utterly possessive.
His mouth moved over mine with a dark, commanding intensity that stole the breath right out of my lungs for the second time in three minutes. His lips were firm, demanding, and tasted faint of black coffee and cool rain. He parted my trembling lips, taking full, unyielding ownership of my senses.
A sharp, quiet whimper echoed from the back of my throat, instantly swallowed by his heavy kiss.
My hands flew up to his broad shoulders, my fingers desperately clutching at the dark fabric of his tactical shirt just to keep my legs from collapsing beneath me. My knees felt like water. The sheer physical power of his hold…the massive hand anchoring the nape of my neck, the heavy weight of his body pinning me to the shelf…completely unraveled every last shred of my composure.
Gideon didn't let up. He leaned further into me, pressing me flush against the closet shelf behind me while his mouth thoroughly worked mine, drinking in my helpless, submissive sighs.
Every second of contact sent a wave of intense heat straight down into my core, until I was trembling against him in the pitch dark, completely helpless under his touch. I was drowning in the sheer presence of him, completely submissive to the man holding my neck.
When he finally broke the kiss, he didn't pull away.
His forehead rested against mine in the darkness, both of us breathing heavily into the tiny space between our faces. My mouth stayed open, parted and gasping for air, as tears of pure sensory overload tracked warm paths down my flushed cheeks.
Gideon’s broad hand tightened slightly at the nape of my neck, his thumb caressing the soft skin right beneath my hairline, holding me completely still under his gaze even in the dark.
"Look at how easily you melt," Gideon rough-praised softly, his voice a low, raspy vibration that echoed straight into my chest. "One command, one touch, and you surrender every breath in your body to me."
"C-Captain..." I whimpered, my voice small, broken, and thoroughly wrecked. "Please..."
"Please what, handsome?" he rumbled, his lips brushing against the corner of my mouth as he spoke, teasing my sensitive skin. "Tell me what you want."
"I... I'm yours," I confessed into the dark, my fingers tightening on his shoulders, completely incapable of hiding the burning need consuming me. "I belong to you, Commander... please..."
"You do," Gideon whispered darkly, his thumb rubbing a firm, possessive circle into the nape of my neck. "Every inch of you belongs to me under this roof. Every breath you take, every sound you make, is mine."
He dipped his head down, pressing a firm, heavy kiss to the side of my neck, right over my thrumming pulse point. His stubble grazed my sensitive skin, leaving a hot, stinging mark that made my entire frame shudder with helpless surrender.
"You're going to stay quiet for the rest of the day," Gideon commanded, his tone shifting back into that unyielding military steel. "You're going to carry this feeling through dinner. And when I call for you later, you will answer instantly. Do you understand me, Callum?"
"Y-yes, sir," I whispered, my mouth pressing against his jaw as I trembled against him. "Yes, Commander."
Gideon held me pinned against the shelf for three more agonizingly perfect seconds, letting the weight of his absolute authority sink deep into my soul before he slowly released his grip on my neck.
He reached back, pushing the closet door open and stepping out into the corridor, smoothing his dark shirt with complete, terrifying composure.
"Clean up your face and put the linens away, kid," Gideon said calmly from the doorway, his voice returning to that distant, impenetrable tone of my father's guest.
I leaned back against the dark closet shelf, gasping for air with my hand pressed against my bruised, tingling lips…completely marked, thoroughly claimed, and hopelessly surrendered to my Commander.
POV: Callum MillerThe echoes of the basement shower still hummed beneath my skin, every nerve ending inflamed and throbbing from the agonizing, unfinished pleasure Gideon had inflicted under the hot torrent. I had barely gathered my wits, dried my hair, and pulled on a fresh button-down shirt before the front doorbell chimed, signaling an arrival that shifted the atmosphere of the entire estate.Downstairs in the formal dining room, the heavy mahogany table was set for four. Harlan sat at the head, looking immensely pleased with himself, while Kaelen Vance occupied the seat directly across from me. Kaelen was twenty-four, impeccably styled, and dripping with the casual arrogance of old local money. His family held major investments with my father’s firm, making him a frequent, uninvited presence whenever business crossed into social obligations.Gideon sat to my left, imposing and immaculate in a dark fitted sweater. His hair was slightly damp from his own quick wash, his massive fra
POV: Callum MillerThe heavy footsteps of my father echoed up the basement stairs, followed by the muffled snap of a heavy oak door closing on the main floor. The moment the latch clicked shut overhead, the tense silence in the basement gym shifted, charged with a thick, suffocating electricity that made my knees wobble beneath me.I pushed myself off the rubber exercise mat, my body trembling violently from the brutal conditioning routine. Sweat dripped off my brow, stinging my eyes, sticking my thin shirt to my chest and lower back. I couldn't look Gideon in the eyes as I gathered my towel. I needed water, steam, and distance before my shattered composure completely failed me in the middle of the basement.I retreated into the narrow basement bathroom, stepping straight into the shower stall. Turning the brass knobs, I let the hot water roar to life, instantly filling the enclosed tile space with thick, white clouds of steam. I stripped off my sweat-soaked workout clothes, letting t
POV: Callum MillerThe heavy, metallic smell of iron weight plates and damp concrete hung thick in the air of the basement home gym.I was still trembling from the encounter in the study, my lower lip sore from Gideon’s bruising press, my core burning with an intolerable heat. But before I could even catch my breath, my father had summoned us both down to the lower level. Harlan stood at the foot of the stairs in his rolled-up sleeves, leaning against the doorframe with a mug of coffee in his hand, watching me with a critical eye."Look at you, Callum. You're pale, fidgety, and slouched over like a leaf," Harlan said, shaking his head with a stern sigh. "Living on campus has made you soft. Gideon, I want you to take him through a real tactical conditioning block. Put some discipline back into his spine before the semester kicks into high gear.""Understood, Harlan," Gideon replied smoothly, stepping into the middle of the rubberized mat.Gideon peeled off his dark polo shirt, tossing
POV: Callum MillerThe high-pitched whine of Kaelen’s sports car tearing down the gravel driveway faded into the distance, but the hot, poisonous knot in my gut refused to loosen. My hands were shaking so hard I could barely set the folded bath towels down on the hall console table. Every inch of my skin felt flushed, buzzing with a volatile mix of leftover jealousy, humiliated possessiveness, and the agonizing physical ache Gideon had built inside me since midnight.I couldn't stand being out in the open hallway where Harlan might walk by. I needed darkness, quiet, and a place to collect my shattered composure.I slipped into my father’s private study, retreating into the cool shadow of the floor-to-ceiling mahogany bookshelves. The room smelled of old leather bound volumes, polished walnut, and pipe tobacco. I leaned my lower back against the heavy wooden bookshelf, pressing my cold palms against the edges of the carved shelves, trying to slow my ragged breathing.I closed my eyes,
POV: Callum MillerThe heavy sound of a roaring, high-performance engine echoed up the long gravel driveway, shattering the quiet mid-afternoon stillness of the estate.I stood on the wide wrap-around wooden porch, holding an armful of freshly folded bath towels, still hyper-aware of the subtle physical bond connecting me to the man sitting in the driveway. The memory of the morning protocol…the rhythmic tapping of Gideon’s mug, his heavy tactical boot pinning my ankle beneath the breakfast table while my father read the newspaper…was still burning vividly in my mind, keeping my core tight and my posture impeccably straight.A slick, navy-blue European sports car pulled up to the foot of the porch steps, its low bumper kicking up a spray of fine gravel. The driver's side door swung open, and Kaelen Vance stepped out onto the driveway. He was twenty-four, tall, exceptionally well-groomed, and radiating the effortless, obnoxious arrogance that came with belonging to one of the wealthies
POV: Callum MillerMorning light poured relentlessly through the high kitchen windows, casting crisp, unforgiving rectangles across the polished hardwood floor. My body felt raw, humming with a deep, persistent ache that vibrated through every nerve ending. The midnight edging session had left my core hyper-sensitive and throbbing, a constant, heavy physical reminder of the control Gideon had exerted over me under my own duvet. Every step I took down the back staircase sent a subtle shock wave of liquid heat straight up my spine, forcing me to tread carefully just to keep my knees from shaking.I stumbled into the bright kitchen, reaching blindly for a clean ceramic mug on the shelf above the coffee maker. My father was already seated at the head of the dark mahogany dining table, a half-empty cup of black coffee at his elbow and the morning newspaper spread flat before him. His glasses rested low on the bridge of his nose as he scanned the front page, entirely absorbed in local polit
