Chapter 9- Zane

After breakfast, we head down to the outdoor training grounds. The field soldiers I help train are waiting for me in a perfect line. Ari follows behind me. She’s taking everything in. “Morning. I’m sure many of you have heard, I’ve found my familiar. This is Ari, and she is a lycan. Today my focus is going to be on her. I want you all to pair off and run field training drills. If you need me, I’ll be off to the side with Ari as we work on getting her trained for the field. I expect all of you to behave.”
