Chapter 6: A Choice to Make

I sat nervously in Lynn's office, my hands tightly gripping the edge of the chair. Lynn, the head of security and a close friend to President Johnson looked at me with concern and curiosity. I took a deep breath, steeling myself for what I would reveal.

"Lynn, I don't even know where to begin," I started, my voice filled with uncertainty. "I...I think Zea might be planning something against the White House, against all of us."

Lynn leaned forward, her expression serious. "Tell me everything, Aron. Start from the beginning."

I recounted the events leading up to my discovery of the document—how Zea acted strangely, her secretive behaviour, and the moments of tension I had witnessed. I explained how I stumbled upon the document by chance, and though I hadn't confronted Zea about it, I couldn't shake the feeling that she was hiding something of great importance.
