A month later…
Sienna had joined the Vanuesa Enterprises as the purchase executive. Though the pay was not as good as AE Enterprises, it was enough to meet her expenses.
Alaric’s strange behavior haunted Sienna even today. She had tried so hard to meet Alaric but she could never find him. It was as if he had disappeared from the surface of the earth.
“Sienna! Don’t tell me you are trying to call all the people named Alaric using this directory.” Ruby said, flopping on the bed beside her.
“I am… He can’t just vanish without any explanations.” Sienna said calling the hundredth number on the list.
Ruby pulled out the directory from her hand and placed it on the table. “Can’t you let it go… for the peace of your mind… for Daniel’s sake…”
