LOGINEli's POV
I arrived wet all thanks to that annoying human. Mrs. Elena just couldn't stop talking, telling me why I walked under the rain, and said she'll grab me a coat, she's just too nice.
“I'm fine, thank you,” I pleaded but she was still insisting.
“Don't worry, Sebastian will get you a coat and a change of clothes,” she insisted and I couldn't push further.
“Sebastian!”
My heart was left reeling when I took a glance at him. He couldn't help but scream at me as his face quickly folded into a thick scowl.
“You!” He cried and I didn't say a word, neither did my face move in surprise or any reaction. My composure was firm, despite the awkwardness of the situation.
Mrs. Elena and Dad just watched in awe, their eyes widened in shock.
“You know each other?” She asked, her brows raised.
We just stared at each other and I saw the intimidation and insecure looks in those blue eyes of his. His fist folded and his jaw tightened, his stance toughened and his gaze was unwavering.
The awkward moment lingered for a few seconds and I finally ended it. I didn't want Dad worrying too much again about me.
“No,” I smiled. “I guess he's just surprised to see me,” I chuckled and patted his shoulder softly. My grip tightened on his shoulder bone softly as I stared at him and we smiled awkwardly and our parents just giggled.
The moment they looked away, he quickly yanked my hands off him and the soft wheeze made them turn sharply but we smiled quickly at them and walked with them to the table.
He sat directly opposite me on the table, while Dad sat with her, his hands crossed around her waist.
“The meal is good,” I complimented firstly, even though it didn't meet my expectations, but it was disrespectful to not compliment and acknowledge the effort of the chef.
She smiled warmly and was basting in the warmth of my flattery when he spat with pride.
“Why won't it?” He snarled with a low tone. “It's much better than anything you've ever had, I guess,” he muttered and I raised an eyebrow and smiled warmly.
They didn't hear what he said and I liked that, in as much as I don't like him, I don't want our parents to notice the tension between us. And to be honest, there's just a simple way to handle people like him.
“Uhm, Mrs Elena, forgive me, but I like my food spicy,” I pleaded with a charming smile and his face only folded further. “Could you please tell my brother here to grab me some pepper from the kitchen?”
Funny how his face looked now like a Halloween masquerade, but he wasn't scary enough. I just savoured the moment and chuckled softly with her.
“Oh, forgive me darling. I'll note that,” she replied and then turned to him. “Sebastian? What are you waiting for? Go grab it,” she cautioned and he rose up sharply and stared at me coldly, his fist tightening on the fork and she scolded him again.
“Sebastian!”
He grumbled and headed out but still, he'd still serve me.
“I see you both are already getting along,” she giggled at me once again. I was enjoying this game, calling him brother was the right start.
Moments later, he came racing over and slammed it before me, shaking everyone on the table.
“Sebastian?!” She turned to him quickly with a cold scowl.
“It's fine,” I tapped her gently with a charming smile and the dripping water touched her again.
This was when she remembered I hadn't changed my clothes and turned to me angrily.
“Why didn't you tell Sebastian to get you some clothes?” She scolded but my expression was warm and respectful.
“It's fine, don't worry, I'm fine.”
But she ignored me and turned to Sebastian.
“Go grab him some clothes!” She ordered but he sighed deeply in front of everyone, mumbling all over the place.
“I can't give him my clothes mom, you know I don't share!” He said, his voice heavy with disgust as he stared at me.
“Its not as if I need them,” I snapped in my mind. I fought hard to keep up my smile and Mrs Elena was stubborn too and scolded him quickly.
“He's no stranger, Sebastian! Let that sink into your head. He's your brother. Get him some clothes!” She snapped immediately, her voice shaking the place.
Dad's arm wrapped around her, caressing her and calming her softly.
I didn't want more drama, and he couldn't escape it.
“Come on!” He quickly stormed away and she turned to him with a cold death stare, but I tapped her gently and smiled and ran off.
I know they'll talk about it, and I hope he respects himself with me here, I really don't want a fight now and here.
Our footsteps echoed and his door creaked open. Just as I was about to walk in, he slammed it, but I was quick and dodged sharply.
“What's that?!” Her voice rang out with panic.
“Nothing!” I replied and rushed in.
He just tossed a shirt and a pair of joggers to me.
I didn't say a word to him, I just changed up.
“Don't stain my clothes with your…”
I didn't let him finish, I hate that word he was about to use again on me.
“I didn't ask for it…” I calmly replied and headed out, calmly waiting for him to rush out and I slammed the door in his face too.
He was also quick and dodged skillfully, turning to me with a growl.
We walked back downstairs, he was behind me and she teased me softly.
“You look good in those,” she complimented and I bowed in respect.
“Thank you,” but he nodged me from behind as if he didn't see me there.
I quickly regained my stance, covering up the act completely and just winked at him.
His face folded strongly as I took a seat, but her voice lit up the area again.
“So, uhm, boys, I was thinking, we all move in together…” she didn't even finish when we chorused.
“What?!”
I didn't know when the word escaped my lips and her look at me was that of dismay. I quickly smiled and apologized.
“Nah, I meant that would be great.”
Her face beamed with joy and she didn't even turn to Sebastian who was staring at me just as if he would devour me if he got any closer.
She turned to my dad and stroked his beard softly and kissed him.
I cleared my throat and faced my meal and they just chuckled.
“What do you think darling?” She asked, caressing his hand.
“It's a good idea,” he chimed in and I struggled to hold my words back and had to cough.
“Sorry my dear, Sebastian, get him some water,” she begged.
He just turned to me, and then to her and slammed the table hard with his fist and left angrily.
“Sebastian!”
DEVON'S POVI took a sip from my drink as I watched the stripper, completely naked dancing seductively in their cages. Ever twist, every turn, every movement of thier body made the men drooled and moan like they were going crazy. I sat at the vip area, having the closet look at the ladies but still does bitches weren't just able to fucking get trouble out of my mind. My mind still drift to one particular person.Someone that just would not bend no matter how much I breaked him. My last move, I had thought that would take him down completely but mama was able to save him. That was the thing about those rich bastards, no matter how much mess they seem to get themselves in they end up coming out of it so clean like nothing had happened. How could a bully be allowed to walk away just like that? With so much evidence and a fucking witness. I thought it would be easy to take him out that was why I had contacted the professor, Mr George to report the case to the Disciplinary Committe. I
ELI'S POVPretending to have no idea was the highest peck of nonsense I could take from him. He had no idea why I betrayed him? He thinks he doesn't deserve what I had done? That was bullshit! I had no strength to augre with him. There was evidence to prove what I was saying. I had asked Clare to send me the same video she had showed me and thank goodness I did. I shoved the phone into his hands as the video of him adding a powder like substance which was so fucking obvious as a drug. He was putting this stuff into her drink and I had saw Clare gulped the drink. It was clear he had drugged her for real. I watched his eyes widened with confusion and surprise as he watched the video. I was much expecting to see the guilty in his eyes but he was so good at masking his feelings. He knows he had been caught but he would not give up so easily. He would pretend to have no idea, to be confused like he wasn't the one in the video. “You think this is real? That was why you betrayed me and a
SEBASTIAN'S POVI walked into the house, it was a complete mess. The stench of alcohol filled the air, empty bottle of whiskey were scattered all over the place and I wondered how he was still able to walk properly without staggering. After consuming this much alcohol, how could he still be able to do anything? I literally would be long gone and deep in sleep if I were to be the one in such position. I wouldn't be able to take this much alcohol in the first place. I had thought he wasn't the type to take alcohol, no matter how pissed off and or how sad he was I had never seen him drunk. Maybe that was one of the reasons he shut the door right when he saw me. He probably didn't want me see him in such state or maybe he just aimed at fucking pissing me off. “You wanted to hide this sight from me?” I muttered, my eyes roaming around the living room. He was silent, but I could feel his gaze on me. I truned to see him leaning on the door with his arms fold and his gaze piercing deep
Sebastian's POV I arrived at Eli's place already rilled up with anger. The first knock on the door was hard, the second knock was harder and at the third time… it was intended to fucking pull the door down for real but the door flung open. But before I could catch a full glimpse of him, he had slammed the door shut. What the actual fuck! Did he fucking slammed the door right on my face? Was this some kind of sick joke or was he just trying to get more pissed. If he was trying to play with my emotions and fucking get to me then i hate to say, but he has fucking gotten to me really good. “I am not leaving until you open this door! I might as well camp out here!” I yelled as I banged the door. There was no way he was escaping me today. He could act like a coward all he wants, hide and lock doors but there was definitely no way in hell I was fucking to back down. He betrayed me and then suddenly became cold and distance, suddenly thinks the best option is hiding like a f
ELI’S POVThe heavy doors of the annoying and fucked up hearing room slammed shut behind me, the sound echoing like a gunshot through the endless hallway. My heart was thumping against my ribs, not just from the anger, not just from the betrayal of seeing my father side with that monster called Sebastian, but from a strange feeling that has been building up despite the rage, since the moment I walked into that room and saw Sebastian.I stood the corner, my breath coming in hitches and short gasps. I needed to get out. I needed to just breathe. I needed to fucking get him out of my head. I needed to just think straight. But as I passed the dark entrance of the library room, a sharp memory, very vivid, and dangerously hot slammed into me.I leaned my back against the cold wall, my eyes struggling to stay open. But all of a sudden, I wasn't in the hallway. I was back in there two weeks ago. The air was just heavy as it was then.I could still feel the urge and pressure of Sebastian’s bo
SEBASTIAN'S POVAnother drink was definitely going to drive me crazy but I didn't care, I poured myself just another glass of whiskey and gulped it down all at once. I didn't care about the burning sensation in my throat all I cared about was this ache that just would not stop. Fuck! I had been drinking snice I stepped into this house. I left the doom, I left Eli. He was still fast asleep when I left, although I didn't dare check if he was asleep not after what had happened last night. I would not dare look at him in the eyes but why the ache do I feel this heaviness in my chest? Why do I feel the pain much worst than I did before. I just could not keep my mind sane, I could not stop thinking about him. He was suppose to be past tense once I left that doom but he was the only one in mind. Why the fuck was that happening? How much has that guy been in charge of my mind? How did I get this point? I just wanted one drink to calm my nerves and probably make me feel less ache but - eve
SEBASTIAN'S POVI have tailed Eli the whole day, eventually following him home without him knowing. I had planned to make sure I knew every single thing about him but watching him this was never part of my expectations. For the first time, I saw something in his eyes that I thought I could never se
Eli'S POV “I just want to bring you out of poverty the same way my mom wants to do with your dad.” Those words don't seem to stop ringing in my ears.Every silence, every minute of peace my mind kept going back to what Sebastian had said two days ago. The more I thought about it the angrier I beca
Eli'S POVI was on my way home when my phone rang, I answered even without checking the caller id.“Hello?” I answered unsure of who was calling. There was a soft chuckle from the caller and then silence. My face immediately twisted into a frown as I had gotten no responses. I took the phone from
SEBASTIAN'S POVI sat quietly in the class, the uproar of the students had immediately fallen into dead silence the moment the professor stepped into the class. My eyes slowly roamed around the class until it fell on the one guy that I just can't get out of my head no matter what I did. His expres
