The first meeting

Sebastian’s POV “The fuck is wrong with you?!” I spat at the poor thing standing before me.“Wait, what are you even doing here?” I asked, observing him like a complete piece of trash. His face glowed with an aura I couldn't match, one I found disrespectful and somewhat intimidating.“I'm sorry,” he quietly said and turned to leave. My head was rocked with rage and I pulled him back, but once again, I melted when our faces met, my heart raced with wrath and something else. My soul trembled inside, despite the craze my body was about to unleash.“How dare you walk away from me?!” I snarled, my voice deadly and lethal. My grip tightened on his shirt and I leaned in closer, growling angrily into his ears. “These sneakers cost more than your family makes in a month and you dare step on them?” He didn't say a word and his eyes were focused on mine. He felt every breath of me on him and didn't flinch, not even a single time and somehow, it annoyed me the more.Slowly, he grabbed my hand

The Dinner

Eli's POV I arrived wet all thanks to that annoying human. Mrs. Elena just couldn't stop talking, telling me why I walked under the rain, and said she'll grab me a coat, she's just too nice.“I'm fine, thank you,” I pleaded but she was still insisting.“Don't worry, Sebastian will get you a coat and a change of clothes,” she insisted and I couldn't push further.“Sebastian!”My heart was left reeling when I took a glance at him. He couldn't help but scream at me as his face quickly folded into a thick scowl.“You!” He cried and I didn't say a word, neither did my face move in surprise or any reaction. My composure was firm, despite the awkwardness of the situation.Mrs. Elena and Dad just watched in awe, their eyes widened in shock.“You know each other?” She asked, her brows raised. We just stared at each other and I saw the intimidation and insecure looks in those blue eyes of his. His fist folded and his jaw tightened, his stance toughened and his gaze was unwavering. The awkward

Scholarship kid

Sebastian’s POV“So boys, I've got some news,” I smiled with mischief as I stared at them. They cracked their fists and got ready as it was of course, a thing of joy whenever I had news, there was definitely going to be some bones to destroy.“Well, remember that brat I told you guys about when I went to get back my car?” They all nodded.“Surprise, he's my step brother,” I said in a slow tone, my face folding softly into a scary scowl. They didn't say a word as the news was shocking and of course, if I was in their shoes, I also wouldn't know what to say.“Come on boys, don't be sour. I want to teach him a lesson. He had the guts to make my mom shout at me!” I cried and they quickly turned to me and that face I wanted was worn.“He's here, in school here, but as a scholarship kid,” I revealed with scorn in my tone and we all laughed.“So, I want…”Just then, the angry school bell dinged hard and their faces melted.“We'll continue this discussion later. Let's head to class now…”The

Betrayal

Eli's POV “Dad, I really don't like this idea of moving in with Mrs Elena,” I mumbled, my voice heavy and was barely audible. My face folded in sadness as I stared at him and he patted my shoulder softly.“My boy,” he encouraged, his voice warming but still didn't calm the conflict in my head.“Don't worry, it's gonna be alright. You know we can't reject the offer, it's going to break Elena's heart,” he reminded. “And we already promised?” He raised an eyebrow.I grumbled angrily and he held me back.“Come on,” he begged.“Dad, I know it's going to break her heart, but…” “Eli,” he called, his voice firm. “There's no but. I assure you, everything will work out smoothly. Elena is a very loving person, I promise she'll take good care of you,” he chuckled and folded me into himself.“I'll see you later boy,” he patted me again and rushed out. He was already late for work and I watched him disappear into the distance. But my head was heavy with aches. I held my raging temple softly and d

A dare to remember

Sebastian’s POVThe joy I felt ever since I banged his girlfriend is more than satisfying. It's another day to remind him not to mess with me. It never ends well. But today, we were out partying and once again, he was here, sitting across the table, but his face was too calm and that same matchless aura of his filled the room and was choking me.At intervals, we glanced at each other, our eyes sharp with hate like pointed and poisoned daggers. But despite the hate burning between us, somehow, I ran my eyes through his body, scanning his every feature, his hard chest, his hair, he's just super charming and it annoys me why I find myself falling for him.The pull between us is undeniable, but I hate it, I hate everything about it.I was too busy staring and didn't notice Devon standing with a warm smirk and his mind probably reeling with dangerous thoughts. He finally snapped his fingers and I woke up from my long crazed delusion.“What's going on?” He raised an eyebrow, turning to Eli.

He just wouldn't break

Sebastian's POV My head banged hard with his words. Those eyes haunted me through my sleep. It was more like he had access to my mind and controlled me.My sleep was stolen by this confusion and restlessness and I stood up, yawning loudly, stretching my body with heavy eyes.“Eli!” I muttered to myself, kicking my legs in the air.Just then, I heard Mom's voice in her room. She was explaining Eli's schedules to the cleaner and in that moment of quiet, an idea popped into my head. This young man has thrived in tormenting me with his annoyingly calm nature and words. The only way to break him is to understand him better and the best way to do that is to get close to him. Since they hadn't moved in yet, mom was drafting plans with the workers to accommodate him and I carefully wrote down every detail I could grab.He reads every evening, so she included a book shelf in his planned room. I took note of the time he'll leave for classes and anything that could bring us closer. That night,

Dealing with tantrums

SEBASTIAN'S POVI sat quietly in the class, the uproar of the students had immediately fallen into dead silence the moment the professor stepped into the class. My eyes slowly roamed around the class until it fell on the one guy that I just can't get out of my head no matter what I did. His expression was calm as usual, his eyes fixed on the professor listening calmly to him - while I was busy watching him not caring about what the professor was saying.I could not believe I saw him angry at me a few moments ago when I had spoken about his father, but now he was looking too calm like nothing had happened - like he hadn't just yelled at me a few hours ago. He was unmoved but I just couldn't stop feeling guilty. My heart ached with an unexplainable kind of pain - I wasn't sure why it ached but I knew it did. Pain from the guilt that my words might have really hurt him or that I had failed in getting closer to him and only succeeded in creating more distance between us. Whatever it w

He just wouldn't let me be

Eli'S POVI was on my way home when my phone rang, I answered even without checking the caller id.“Hello?” I answered unsure of who was calling. There was a soft chuckle from the caller and then silence. My face immediately twisted into a frown as I had gotten no responses. I took the phone from my ears and stared at the caller id but it was an unknown caller.I scoffed, already pissed. Was this a prank call? This late? “Hello, can I help you?” “Hello who am I speaking with?” I questioned again, but there was no response, only silence and then the sound of the lines disconnecting even before I could ask another question.“Who the fuck was that?” I murmured in utter disbelief. It was really the wrong time to call someone just to waste their precious time and frustrate them. “What a weirdo.” I scoffed and was just about to put my phone back in my pocket when the phone rang again. I stared at the screen unsure whether to take the call or not. It was still an unknown call but a dif

A fucking bitchy day

Eli'S POV “I just want to bring you out of poverty the same way my mom wants to do with your dad.” Those words don't seem to stop ringing in my ears.Every silence, every minute of peace my mind kept going back to what Sebastian had said two days ago. The more I thought about it the angrier I became. I regretted not shutting up his mouth with a blow or a resounding slap each time I recollected how much he had downgraded me.It would have been fine if he had not dragged my father's relationship with his mom into it but he just had to play dirty. That bastard seems to see everyone below him and to him money could get him everything he wanted - well it was working. And I hated to admit that he was right. My dad and I don't belong in their class and obviously would not fit their standard. The way those rich bastards think would never make any sense to me and would only infuriate me the more I thought about it.Sebastian really thinks he could make a ridicule of me just for fun - I hated

They found me

Eli'S POV “Going somewhere?” That voice was enough to send the shivers down my spine, it was an awfully familiar voice and I knew just who it was the moment I heard them.I thought Sebastian was behind this but guess he was innocent this time around, although I really wished he wasn't. It would have been better if I had to deal with his underlings than Julian and his gang.I slowly backed out, my eyes fixed on his figure as he walked closer to me. Those intimidating midnight eyes glared at me coldly and his lips twitching into a deadly smile. That punk! How I wish I could wipe the smug out of his disgusting face! How the hell was he able to find me again? I had really thought I had gotten rid of him finally but now he had appeared out of nowhere just to make my life miserable.I had Sebastian and his annoying problems to deal with and that was draining enough but having to add my old time bully to it was the last thing I had expected.“Could my life get worse?” I muttered nervously
