Maximo continued to touch her, kiss her, clinging to Isabella's arms and skin, as he had never done before, he seemed to want to record and taste every inch of his spouse's body and melt into her.

Settling on Isabella and taking her lips ardently, Maximus entered the center of his spouse, charging her slowly.

Isabella's small nails clung to his shoulders and back, moans filled his ears, the little control that Máximo had left, was fading, causing him movements to become faster and more rhythmic.

In a guttural growl that echoed through the room, Maximo burst out inside Isabella, eliciting a loud moan of pleasure from his spouse.

A moment later, only their breaths could be heard, they were trying to catch their breath, their eyes fixed on each other, their hearts beating in a rapid movement.

Máximo gave Isabella one more kiss, but it felt different, he was very slow, soft, light and came out of top of her, taking her by the hand, to take her with him to the bathroom.

After a long time, immersed in a large bathtub and a second attack of lust, they went to bed together. Maximo brought her closer, laying Isabella on his chest and her spouse's rapid heartbeat became a lullaby for Isabella.

A few minutes later, very exhausted, the young woman's eyelids drooped.

"Max?" She muttered half sleepy.

"Mmm?" He moved his head to the side to see her face, however, Isabella already had her eyes closed.

"I love you." She whispered, letting herself sleep.

It felt like a bucket of cold water or a suffocating blow in the center of the stomach, Maximo's heart jumped uncontrollably, so strong, that for a moment he thought he would spasm.

Isabella was still asleep on his chest, she looked so calm, in peaceful rest as if she hadn't said something as important as that, how could she sleep like that after that, or how could she fall asleep listening to the loud clatter of Maximo's heart?

The minutes turned into hours and Máximo couldn't fall asleep, what was wrong with him, why did he feel that way?

It was a long night, full of meditation and many thoughts. Máximo thought about each new sensation he had discovered with Isabella, how his heart rate accelerated, how beautiful, sweet, and fascinating she was.

He weighed a lot in what Aiden had told him and with some disgust he accepted it, yes, he felt jealous. In fact, if he thought about it, he would be able to kill any man who tried to touch or overdo it with Isabella.

She belonged to him, she was his spouse, and he had to be the only man for her, there was no other option, he couldn't even imagine another person in the middle of that equation of two.

"I love you" Isabella had told him, Maximo's chest swelled every time he remembered him, he felt happy, truly happy as he had not been for a long time and it seemed that that declaration had become his complete downfall, or salvation?

After thinking about it for a long, long time, Máximo could only come to one conclusion, he could not separate himself from her and just imagining it hurt him deeply.

It no matter what was at stake anymore, they could take everything they wanted, their companies, money, prestige, none of that was relevant, as long as they never took Isabella away from him, because she had become everything he needed.

The decision had been made, Máximo was not willing to accept the proposal that his father had made to him, in any way, regardless of the threats.

The room became slightly lighter, dawn was beginning to rise, Máximo had not been able to sleep an eye and had not been able to take his arms off his spouse.

But he needed to stretch his body, get a coffee, maybe some exercise, he needed a break, so, being very careful not to wake Isabella, he got up, put on some clothes, and left the room.

A soft and somewhat distant noise was heard, Isabella woke up somewhat dazed, noticing that the sun was beginning to rise, she looked around, realizing that her spouse was not by her side.

The young woman cleaned herself, dressed in something comfortable and left the room, the melody that used to sound distant now sounded a little stronger and full of curiosity, Isabella advanced throughout the apartment, looking for the origin of that sound, of that beautiful and perfect music.

After a couple of minutes of searching, he saw with surprise where it came from, Máximo was playing the beautiful white piano that was adorning one of the rooms, he seemed concentrated, relaxed, full, with a faint smile that was drawn on his face.

Isabella advanced slowly, not wanting to interrupt her husband, she had never heard anything so beautiful before and was amazed by her spouse's wonderful talent.

Maximo looked up, meeting Isabella's gaze, a huge and shiny smile formed on his expression, which left the young woman impressed.

Without stopping playing the piano, with a movement of his head and a small gesture with his lips, Máximo invited Isabella to take a seat next to him, on the long bench he occupied.

She nodded excitedly, sitting very carefully next to her husband, for she did not want to trip or interrupt him.

Maximo continued to play each of the keys, in an enchanting melody that evoked tenderness, delicacy and sweetness, while sliding his gaze between the instrument and his spouse, showing her a faint smile.

Isabella felt her pulse racing, as the beautiful composition enveloped her and kept her captivated.

The keys stopped playing, the tune was over.

"That... That was beautiful... She tried to praise him when Maximo's voice interrupted her.

"I love you."

Isabella was stunned, her heart pounding uncontrollably.

"What?" He managed to ask in a whisper, still unable to move.

"I love you." Maximo turned to her, taking one of her hands. "I'm in love with you, Isabella. He said it firmly, frowning, although he couldn't hide the smile on his face.

"I... I..." She stammered, feeling her blush.

"Okay, you don't have to say anything. If you listen to it, it is enough for me. Máximo turned to the piano, winking at it.

"I thought you didn't play..." Isabella murmured, trying to collect her thoughts, not knowing what to say or what to think of those words.

"I haven't done it for a long time..." he answered, reviewing the score on the piano.

“Why did you stop playing? That was beautiful...

“I think that... He had given up hope. He said thoughtfully, evoking for a moment a bad memory.

"And... have they come back?" Isabella groped, feeling her hands tremble, and clinging to the edge of the bench.

.

"I think so and I hope..." Máximo let out a small smile, looking once again at Isabella. “That I don't have to lose them again, ever in my life.

Maximo's hand slid towards his beloved's neck, holding her delicately, while his thumb caressed her skin, Isabella's hairs stood on end at the touch.

He noticed it, he knew what she felt, what she had already said to him sleepily, now he did notice it, the sparkle in her eyes and the way she looked at him.

It was the same thing that Maximilian had told her, her father, Isabella loved him and just knowing it, just seeing him in the way her body reacted, that was enough.

Maximus brought his face close to his spouse's and kissed her, taking her lips to taste them slowly. Then he pulled away slightly to leave a tender kiss on her forehead.

"Come on..." He got up from the bench, stretching out his hand towards her. "I think you should have something for breakfast."

"Will you stop playing?" She asked, sadly.

"I'll play for you, all you want, after you eat something."

Isabella nodded with a smile, taking her husband's hand, to be escorted to the dining room.

Aiden asked from the other end of the line."He's not here, he went out with grandma to the beauty salon, they're getting ready for the ceremony..." Máximo answered the phone."What a pity, I wanted to congratulate you, it's a shame that we can't be at Isabella's graduation, we really wanted to attend, but with so much work, it's been impossible for us..."Okay, she understands..." muttered Maximus."Even so, I must say that... I admire you, brother. I don't know how you managed all this alone..." Aiden said. Maximus smiled to himself. - Hey, tell her that I called her and that we send her congratulations and greetings from here..."Yes, I will," said Maximus when the shouts of a little boy interrupted the conversation."Is that Albert?" Don't tell me, they left you as a babysitter again..." Aiden blurted out in a mocking tone.- I'm not the babysitter, I'm the dad... and I do what I came to do, take care of my son, an

Máximo clenched his jaw, a clear sign of how tense he was."Collins, you're making me nervous... Don't tell me something else happened, because..." Aiden blurted out, leaning back in his seat anxiously.- No, nothing bad has happened... It's just that..." Maximo exhaled heavily, clearly uncomfortable. "I called them to ask them for a favor...""A favor?" Emily raised an eyebrow, in disbelief.“Yes, a very big favor...- Speak now, man... So much extension to ask for a favor? Aiden asked, somewhat amused.- Well... As you know, Isabella will give birth in the next few days, in fact, we are just waiting for the moment to come and, well, I thought that after a few months, when the recovery process passes and we adapt, I... I'd like to... Taking her back abroad...- What?! Aiden and Emily looked at each other, confused.- Listen... It i

Richard stammered, raising his hands slowly, as surprised as he was frightened.- You hurt my spouse, you disobeyed me, and you are going to pay dearly ... - Maximo said without cleaving looking at him frowning."Mr. Collins..." groaned Ricardo, swallowing thickly, trembling, closing his eyes when he noticed Maximo's determination."Max..." Isabella muttered, approaching her spouse, while speaking to him in a tone full of sweetness."They tried to hurt you..." Maximo growled at Isabella, without turning to look at her, because he knew that she would give in as soon as he met her eyes."But they didn't, look at me, honey..."
