Anelisa

His eyes softened as he moved his hands to the back of my head, pushing me closer, and my hair trapped our faces together.

A tingle runs inside me as I realize I'm still on him, my body curved in such a way that it felt like I was lying on him, his dick was pressed against pussy, and I gulped.

I squirmed on him as our lips almost touched but then I shook my head to snap back to reality.

Not him, I hate him and it's best to kill every sudden emotion.

"I am the queen and you're so dead for coming at me!" I scream and bite him hard on the neck making sure to tear off his flesh.

"Fuck! You witch!" He accused me, directing his hands to my neck, and I spat his flesh on his face.

We were pressing each other's necks when the door slid open again, and this time, we turned our gaze to look at who it was.

This is bad.

***

I am the queen, but it seems as though they were just words from my mouth.

The walls in this room are suddenly white or have been white.

The chandeliers seem to be singing hymns as they glow. Everything in this room looks like living souls who anticipate the judgment that will come from the man at a distance from me.

I suddenly feel 10 again, staring at my father as he angrily vents his anger on objects, not me.

I look like the definition of a mess-up queen. My gown is torn, my hair scattered all over my face that it will be the perfect place for birds.

My face is bruised and blood keeps dripping from my nose, but I'm relieved I'm not the only one looking this way.

The blonde has no shirt as I had torn it off him earlier, his pants are ripped off to his knees and his face has my fingers imprinted on it.

Our attire paid for the fight.

Oddly enough, the blonde was hiding behind me now while I lowered my eyes.

While our judge has his back facing us, his hands keep grabbing objects, which he smashed against the wall.

Poor wall, they have marks of his wrath.

We both shuddered, our turbulence could be felt, and my mind thought of everything that had happened to me since my arrival.

"What's he going to do to us?" I questioned taking a glimpse at the blonde who swallowed.

"You're his queen, say something to keep him calm" he whispers back, covering himself properly behind me.

Now he refers to me as his queen? Wasn't he against the idea and I was just ordained 30 minutes ago.

I sniffed in the blood that drooled from my nose while trying so hard not to burst into tears.

My body shook with grief and fear, sweat soaked me and I could hear the blonde panting behind me, making me frightened.

"He's your brother, you understand him more" I snapped.

We were talking in whispers, daring not to look at the angry masked man who walked in on us while causing damage to his closet.

"Kids, kids, kids bunches of 18-year-old fools"

He kept swearing, breathing hard as the blonde and I turned to look at each other.

We are age mates, and now I see why he acts this way rather than growing up.

He should show maturity at this age.

I thought I was this masked man's queen, why is he referring to me as a fool? It's the blonde's fault.

I could hear the blonde kiss his teeth as he grumbled too, not liking the fact that the masked man was humiliating us.

Ironically, neither of us had said anything since he summoned us to come out of his closet into the room.

He's been in this position, cussing and breaking things like they were us.

"Just 30 minutes," the masked man began, not looking but inhaling deeply, his hands were at the back of his neck.

The blonde suddenly grabbed my elbow, he was shivering, I could feel it to his bones.

We were suddenly humbled as the blonde leaned his lips to my ear and said;

"The best thing we can do is run"

"Well, we can't, it's his room," I remembered, but we both turned into ice as soon as the masked man shoved his face at us.

"30 fucking minutes and all I get is this"

"Alaric!"

"Shut up!"

The room vibrates and I have to grab the pillar beside me just so I don't fall. The blonde scurries behind me again, like I'm the very shield to protect him.

"Gray"

"Your majesty," the blonde replied in a sober tone as he crawled out from behind me, crossed his palms in front of his groin, and flickered his eyes.

My jaw dropped as this is the first time I have seen the blonde being respectful and meek like a cute baby who needs a hug rather than scolding.

Even his eyes look as though he'd cry like me.

"What did I say about my room, wolf?"

"I was just fighting for the honor of..."

"Don't tell me stories!" He roared, and a sudden whirlwind blew so that it took my breath away, and the blonde was flung to a wall as he growled in pain.

He was holding his neck, as his body was lifted up, and I could tell it was the masked man doing something to his body.

My whole body itches as I ponder my own verdict: Is he going to kill his brother just because we messed up his closet?

If he'd choke his brother to death, then he'd fry me to death. Blonde couldn't breathe as I could see tears in his eyes and his lips mouthed;

"Help"

I quickly ran to stand in front of him, facing the angry masked man, petrified yet appearing bold.

"I'm at fault" I yelled, spreading my arms to protect the blonde who gurgles as he suddenly falls to the floor.

The masked man's ragged breath deepens as his eyes calculatively stare at me.

He scoffed and then threw his eyes up. He suddenly seemed relaxed as I turned to assist the blonde to stand but he just shoved my hand away while gawping at me.

"You're trying to play the hero huh?" He mused and out of anger, I kicked his knees.

"Bald dragon," I insulted, and it killed him as he squeezed his face, totally taken aback.

He folded his fist to punch him but stopped when he realized the masked man was still in this room.

I shifted my gaze to the masked man who was now by the window.

"For interrupting, for the destruction of my valuable items

"Of course and for that, you'd be riding a dragon"

Just kill me.

The blonde snickers at me as tears brewed up in my eyes. He stood up by himself, straining his neck and still growling, but his eyes were mocking me.

"I'd give you a befitting burial, sister-in-law," he teased, bumping my shoulder, and I staggered aside.

He used a finger to twirl my hair, a habit I've known him for now and then grins like the devil.

I just saved him! All these dragon kinds are heartless brutes.

"Oh, your body won't even be found but don't worry, I'd write a memo that we were once best friends, fighting for the heart of one man"

I pushed his hand away from my hair as he chuckled and then walked past me to leave when the masked man said;

"You're joining Maddox in camp"

"What? Alaric, please not Maddox, he's a mad dog as his name implies..."

I let out a devilish smile at him as it seems his sentence is more grave than mine.

"Goodbye bald dragon"

"Goodbye boobless wolf"

"Enough you two!" The masked man orders, and our lips were sealed, but not our eyes, which were buried in each other.

"Leave gray"

The blonde...I mean, Gray takes his leave, and I was left with this man.

Why was he suddenly staring at my chest? I do have breasts, even though they're not up to that of his kind, who are busty and have the pulp ass.

Amelia's POV.The drive back gave me too much time to think.I watched the buildings blur past the window and kept coming back to the same three things no matter how many times I tried to let them go. The tea. The skincare. The clothes.I had not mentioned any of those things to anyone inside that penthouse, not once. Yet they had all been there, like someone had gone through my life quietly and taken notes.I pressed my fingers together in my lap and fixed my eyes on a point on the glass. There was a version of this that could have been sweet. A man who paid attention, who noticed the small things most people walked right past. I had never had that. Raymond never once remembered how I took my coffee, let alone the specific brand of moisturizer I used. He never noticed anything about me that didn't benefit him directly.***Marcus held the door when we got back, quiet and efficient the way he always seemed to be. He was the kind of man who understood that silence was its own for

Rosie’s POV“Rosie, do you really have to leave?” My father asked as he stood at the corner of my room watching me pack my things. “We could find some other solutions here.”“Yes, my dear… please listen to your father. We can work harder and make a good living for the baby. You don’t have to run like this… what do you want us to do without you?”My heart shattered at her words. I stopped what I was doing and took her hands. “Mother, I can assure you that there is no other way. Father, there is simply no other solution…”“But you told us they don’t know about this. What is the worst that could happen?” My father insisted.“What if they both come knocking?” I asked, already visualizing the horrific scene. “Father, I would never wish for such embarrassment for you. No, please just let me go. Once I settle down, you may even come and stay with me… I am sure we will be fine.”My mother hugged me tight, not wanting to let me go. But eventually, my father understood. He slowly pried my mothe

Amelia's POV.The ride to the hospital felt longer than it should have been. Marcus drove in silence, his eyes occasionally flicking to the rearview mirror like he was checking for threats that didn't exist.I pressed my fingers against the window, watching the city blur past. My chest felt tight with anticipation. I hadn't seen my mother in days, and the last time I did, she looked so frail, so close to slipping away. What if she looked worse? What if the Don's promises were empty? My stomach twisted at the thought, but I forced myself to breathe. He said she was responding to treatment. I had to believe that. When we finally arrived at the hospital, Marcus walked me to the entrance, his presence drawing stares from everyone around. I didn't care. All I wanted was to see my mother. The receptionist looked up as I approached, and before I could say anything, she smiled."Miss Earhart, your mother is in room 304. Third floor," she said warmly.I blinked, surprised she already knew my n

[Rosie's POV]I hadn't come out, but being locked in my room after my arrival, I recalled that knock that came in.I should have taken it seriously but I guess I was too busy planning a way to see my kids.Lying on the bed and facing the ceiling, my hands hold up the letter that was left with that knock.I recall that I didn't find anyone at the door, but just a letter that was left for me by my door. Now, my life was dwindling into it, as it's the first thing I found on my bed after Damien dropped me here."I know your secret" it reads."You can hide him, but not for too long," it continues, and then, after much contemplation, I smack my mouth.I guess the person is confused because there are two "him" in the picture. My two boys and not just one?I tossed the letter aside, uninterested in what it meant as I just wanted to be with my boys.I haven't seen Damien either, I guess it's well, I don't know but he's mea

Harry's POV]Their sober look only proves that she's gone. That feeling of her abandoning them again.Aria heaves from where she stood handing the boys over to me like they're my responsibility. They ran towards me, cowering themselves around me and I swallowed.I rubbed their hair smoothly while my gaze drifted back to Aria who stood poised to her door frame, like one who needed an explanation."Hey boys, go sit in the car" I whispered, handing over the key to Chris who pulled Colton from his embrace and dragged him mildly to the car.Aria was still there, in that position with a frown on her face and my feet drew closer."Did she tell you where she's off to?""Her lover came picking her up," she replied, looking quite tired.I sighed, taking out a card from my pocket and shoving it to her face. That will settle it, for the boys must have put her through. Her face was still twisted as she snatched it away from me

[Rosie's POV]"That talk sure doesn't look friendly, it's like he's stressing you" Colton said letting out a soft sigh and I fussed."Where are we going? Is the house under siege too because of the guy who is sick in the head?""Chris! That's no way to talk about him, you saw what happened earlier, we were attacked and the mansion is not safe yet" I explained, trying not to raise my voice as every one of his questions leaves me hanging."Look mom, he's driving past us...now he's beside us!!!" Colton suddenly reported as he leaned to the window, smiling and knocking on the window.I thinned my lips, as I steadied my drive, letting out a soft pant."I want to be a biker mom, I want to ride through the highs and lows" he pressed on but Chris pouted his lips."Has he become our personal security? Because it looks like you hired him" he mutters locking eyes with me through the rear mirror but I didn't give him a reply.I could see Damien waving at me and Colton waving back even though Dami
