Isabella's POV

I drive home with my father behind the steering wheel. I am too rattled to drive anyway. I had the gun against my head, and then I was driving with a crazy lady who was pointing a gun at me all the time. I almost killed myself by trying to get her out of the car. So yes, I am shaking. My father tried to calm me down by talking about all the years they had been looking for me. I know those were sad years for them, and it does not make me feel better knowing I was so close yet far from them. At last, we stopped in front of the house. The doctor comes walking out.

"You better go and calm down your mother. She is not in a good state of mind, and we had a hard time keeping her in bed," The doctor says. Father and I go straight to her room.

I know that they are looking forward to this party, and that is why they don't want us to touch anything.
