Bad news

Entering the living room, a deep frown befell Arizona's face.  The scent.. He knows only one person with such scent. He frowned harder, 'She's home'.

Instead of being happy like any other child would be, he grew annoyed instead.

He decided to go into his room to avoid bumping into her or something.

As he walked past a particular door, he heard loud screams... More like moans, "ah! Harder! Yh.. Right ther..oh fvck!"

Arizona clenched his jaws, both in disgust and anger. She's at it again. Bringing numerous men to sleep with, neglecting him like he's not in existence at all. After ruining his life. After almost making him lose all he has. After almost separating him from his family.

The recollection made him even angrier as he barged into his room and slammed the door.

"ahhh!" He heard her distant scream and he vexed out his anger by throwing a hard punch unto the wall behind him.

"Dang it!" He cussed, his mind engulfed by rage as he threw another punch at the wall. He could kill the both of them right now.

Arizona felt his knuckles sting painfully, but it didn't match the rage in his heart. Warm liquid trickled down his hand, onto the floor, staining it red.

He hates her with burning passion!

'Calm down... Just few more months... '

He thought to himself, calming down.

He walked towards the table in his room, not far from his window. He settled down on the chair and began to search among the pile of books on the table.

Soon, he pulled out a hard covered blue book and opened it. Picking up his pen, he began to write even though the blood was staining the book.

Writing... It's the only way he quenches his anger.

'Just a little bit more' He chanted subconsciously.

Arizona woke up a little later than usual but it didn't bother him. It's Sunday after all.

Getting up from the bed, he heard a deep growl and realized he didn't eat dinner last night because of his anger. And his right hand was aching like, but he didn't care.

He went to wash his face and brush. He wore his glasses and make way downstairs to eat something at least then leave the house as early as possible.. To avoid her.

Entering the kitchen, the sight that greeted him made him annoyed.

A man pinned a lady to the wall, kissing her like there's no tomorrow, making disgusting lewd sounds.

Arizona ignored that, walking over to the coffee maker.

The lady heard the sounds and looked up, pulling away from her lover,

"Arizona! You came home. Were you late? I didn't hear you come in." She said.

Arizona said nothing. Her voice irritates him.

"Arizona! Can't you talk!?" She snapped. He once again ignored her, turning to walk out of the kitchen with his coffee.

Now infuriated, she tried to hold him but he yanked his arm off her touch, "Don't touch me with those disgusting hands." The degree of his voice was literally 0.

So so cold and hateful, which would surprise those that usually hears his cool, soft voice.

She scoffed unbelievably, running her fingers through her short Brown hair, "You have to humble yourself before me! I am your mother you know!"

Ari scoffed then snarled, "You don't deserve to be one. Leave me alone. Go ahead and fuck whoever the hell you want to! I don't care! Just leave me alone!!"  The volume of his voice was rising

gradually till he was yelling at his mother.

Eyeing her contemptibly, he stormed out of the kitchen.

"Arizona! Arizona!" She called him back but he ignored her. Her lover placed a hand on her shoulder, "Let him be, Susan."

     She sighed worriedly, "But..."

"He's not a baby. Leave him alone. Now, can we pick it up from where we stopped?" He grinned, grabbing her ass.

Susan chuckled, immediately forgetting she even has a son, "As we were"...

⭐⭐⭐ Arizona let out a deep breath as he entered his room. It took him all he had not to jump at his mother's lover and punch the living daylight out of him.

To be frank, he hates his mother. She is a good example of bad news. She's the reason their family separated.

The family was happy. He, his twin brother and their little sister. Susan was never a good mother right from time. She neglects her children, always focused on her business and numerous lovers. She often cheats on their father, George Black. He found out but didn't care. He took care of his children and made sure they got love and care even though he was a very busy man.

One unfortunate night, Susan's neglect and nonchalant attitude towards the children led to a tragedy. George had to leave for business reasons on an emergency and had no other choice than to let Susan take care of them for the night.

It was horrible... Very terrible and that led to Arizona's hatred for her. He'll never see her as a mother because she has failed as one. The moment her child lost her life under her watch yet she doesn't seem to care...

That night , his little sister whom he so much loved and cherished, died.

And that led to their parents divorce. He was separated from his twin brother and father because of Susan, who insisted on leaving with her children.

Despite all that happened, Susan didn't change her ways. She got even worse.

Arizona hates her, and he made sure she knows that.. Not that she cares anyways.

Wearing his glasses, Arizona walked out of the room. He was glad he didn't bump into Susan.

He got to the living room and called, "Rose!!!"

Almost immediately, a middle aged woman came running in. She bowed slightly as she reached him, "Master."

Arizona said, "I might not come home tonight. Don't make my dinner."

Knowing his exact reason, Rose bowed, "I understand, master." Her eyes scanned him, looking for a bruise or something. It's always like that, "Are you okay though?"

Arizona nodded and turned to leave, "Goodbye."

    "Goodbye sir"

Areum frowned worriedly. She's been in the park for almost an hour now, yet no sign of him and his phone is switched off.

"He's always on time. I wonder if he's okay." Areum said to herself in worry.

She decided to try his digits again. Fortunately, it rang this time around.

⭐⭐⭐

Arizona felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He'd just switched it on few minutes ago when he got himself. He's been blank all morning. It always happens and this calms him. This particular place. The gentle rushes of the waves...

Bringing the phone out, he saw who the caller was. Immediately, his eyes widened. Damn it! He's forgotten about his outing with Areum!
