Instead of being happy like any other child would be, he grew annoyed instead.
He decided to go into his room to avoid bumping into her or something. As he walked past a particular door, he heard loud screams... More like moans, "ah! Harder! Yh.. Right ther..oh fvck!"
Arizona clenched his jaws, both in disgust and anger. She's at it again. Bringing numerous men to sleep with, neglecting him like he's not in existence at all. After ruining his life. After almost making him lose all he has. After almost separating him from his family.
The recollection made him even angrier as he barged into his room and slammed the door.
"ahhh!" He heard her distant scream and he vexed out his anger by throwing a hard punch unto the wall behind him.
"Dang it!" He cussed, his mind engulfed by rage as he threw another punch at the wall. He could kill the both of them right now.
Arizona felt his knuckles sting painfully, but it didn't match the rage in his heart. Warm liquid trickled down his hand, onto the floor, staining it red.He hates her with burning passion!
'Calm down... Just few more months... ' He thought to himself, calming down.He walked towards the table in his room, not far from his window. He settled down on the chair and began to search among the pile of books on the table.
Soon, he pulled out a hard covered blue book and opened it. Picking up his pen, he began to write even though the blood was staining the book.
Writing... It's the only way he quenches his anger.
'Just a little bit more' He chanted subconsciously. ⭐⭐⭐ Arizona woke up a little later than usual but it didn't bother him. It's Sunday after all.Getting up from the bed, he heard a deep growl and realized he didn't eat dinner last night because of his anger. And his right hand was aching like, but he didn't care.
He went to wash his face and brush. He wore his glasses and make way downstairs to eat something at least then leave the house as early as possible.. To avoid her.
Entering the kitchen, the sight that greeted him made him annoyed.
A man pinned a lady to the wall, kissing her like there's no tomorrow, making disgusting lewd sounds.Arizona ignored that, walking over to the coffee maker.
The lady heard the sounds and looked up, pulling away from her lover,
"Arizona! You came home. Were you late? I didn't hear you come in." She said.Arizona said nothing. Her voice irritates him.
"Arizona! Can't you talk!?" She snapped. He once again ignored her, turning to walk out of the kitchen with his coffee. Now infuriated, she tried to hold him but he yanked his arm off her touch, "Don't touch me with those disgusting hands." The degree of his voice was literally 0.
So so cold and hateful, which would surprise those that usually hears his cool, soft voice.
She scoffed unbelievably, running her fingers through her short Brown hair, "You have to humble yourself before me! I am your mother you know!"
Ari scoffed then snarled, "You don't deserve to be one. Leave me alone. Go ahead and fuck whoever the hell you want to! I don't care! Just leave me alone!!" The volume of his voice was rising
gradually till he was yelling at his mother.Eyeing her contemptibly, he stormed out of the kitchen.
"Arizona! Arizona!" She called him back but he ignored her. Her lover placed a hand on her shoulder, "Let him be, Susan."She sighed worriedly, "But..."
"He's not a baby. Leave him alone. Now, can we pick it up from where we stopped?" He grinned, grabbing her ass.Susan chuckled, immediately forgetting she even has a son, "As we were"...
⭐⭐⭐ Arizona let out a deep breath as he entered his room. It took him all he had not to jump at his mother's lover and punch the living daylight out of him.
To be frank, he hates his mother. She is a good example of bad news. She's the reason their family separated.
The family was happy. He, his twin brother and their little sister. Susan was never a good mother right from time. She neglects her children, always focused on her business and numerous lovers. She often cheats on their father, George Black. He found out but didn't care. He took care of his children and made sure they got love and care even though he was a very busy man.
One unfortunate night, Susan's neglect and nonchalant attitude towards the children led to a tragedy. George had to leave for business reasons on an emergency and had no other choice than to let Susan take care of them for the night.
It was horrible... Very terrible and that led to Arizona's hatred for her. He'll never see her as a mother because she has failed as one. The moment her child lost her life under her watch yet she doesn't seem to care...
That night , his little sister whom he so much loved and cherished, died.
And that led to their parents divorce. He was separated from his twin brother and father because of Susan, who insisted on leaving with her children.Despite all that happened, Susan didn't change her ways. She got even worse.
Arizona hates her, and he made sure she knows that.. Not that she cares anyways. ⭐⭐⭐ Wearing his glasses, Arizona walked out of the room. He was glad he didn't bump into Susan. He got to the living room and called, "Rose!!!"Almost immediately, a middle aged woman came running in. She bowed slightly as she reached him, "Master."
Arizona said, "I might not come home tonight. Don't make my dinner."Knowing his exact reason, Rose bowed, "I understand, master." Her eyes scanned him, looking for a bruise or something. It's always like that, "Are you okay though?"
Arizona nodded and turned to leave, "Goodbye."
"Goodbye sir" ⭐⭐⭐ Areum frowned worriedly. She's been in the park for almost an hour now, yet no sign of him and his phone is switched off. "He's always on time. I wonder if he's okay." Areum said to herself in worry. She decided to try his digits again. Fortunately, it rang this time around.
⭐⭐⭐ Arizona felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He'd just switched it on few minutes ago when he got himself. He's been blank all morning. It always happens and this calms him. This particular place. The gentle rushes of the waves...Bringing the phone out, he saw who the caller was. Immediately, his eyes widened. Damn it! He's forgotten about his outing with Areum!
⭐⭐ ⭐"Areum!" She heard a familiar voice call her name. She turned and she smiled in relief. He's here. He rushed up to her, "I'm so sorry. You must have been here for so long. Gosh! I'm..." Areum held his hand, stopping him by saying, "It's okay, Ari. Are you good?" Arizona nodded, "Yh. I'm fine." Areum nodded. She noticed his bright blue eyes aren't so bright. He looks different... Downcast... "Ok. That's nice. I was actually worried when you didn't come..." Areum said to him as they walked over to the small ice-cream kiosk. Arizona blinked, feeling a tiny flutter in his heart, "Y.. You were worried about me?" Areum sent him a strange look, "Why not? We are friends after all. And even if we aren't, it's good to care for others." A smile spread on Arizona's initially black face, "You are different you know." Areum made a funny face, "Different? How do you mean?" Ari smiled, "Well, girls in your shoes are usually proud and pompous an
Arizona left the house since Ella didn't come over. Usually, she comes every morning and they go to school together. But she's been somehow ever since her return. He'll have to talk to her. He took a taxi to school. ⭐⭐⭐ Areum was sitting in her seat... Obviously. She's wondering why Arizona isn't here yet. They have Biology class together. "Why are you looking around?" Riel, whom she sat behind, rolled her eyes. Diego, who sat next to Riel smiled, "Obviously looking for her Prince charming, Arizona. Right?" Areum blushed, "Wrong!" Riel scoffed but Areum ignored her. Just then, he entered the class. The classmates noticed him but didn't make a big deal out of his entrance. It's just some nerd boy. Except for Areum. Her beautiful face lit up immediately he stepped into the class. His bight blue eyes behind his specs wandered around and met Areum's. Their hearts skipped a beat simultaneously. Areum smiled at him and he smiled back. Meanwhile..
Luella walked into the class, her eyes roaming around. They fell on Arizona and Areum, who were working and chatting. She frowned and walked over to her seat. She'd seen the text but decided to ignore it. Arizona watched Ella sit down and bring out her book. She was paired up with two other students. He sighed. Areum gained his attention, "Arizona!" He turned to look at her, "Yes, Areum?" She said, "Uh. I won't be able to come to the café today." She said. His face turned worried, "Why? Are you okay?" Areum nodded, "Yh. I just... I'm hanging out with Kanye. So..." She suddenly felt awkward saying it. Why? It's not bad... "oh. Ok." Arizona nodded, his concerned face fading into a blank one. "yh..." Areum murmured, looking down at her book. "Tomorrow then?" Ari nodded, resuming his work, "No qualms." ⭐⭐ She and Kanye went to a park. They had fun, chatted, played and ate. He's a very awesome guy. Since it's already pretty late, she didn
Evening Yul's Café. Arizona and Areum were working in silence. Yes. A very uncomfortable one at that. Areum wasn't talking, smiling or even looking at him, and he felt bothered. Why? When she even got here, she barely greeted him. Has he done something wrong? He couldn't bear this attitude anymore, so he asked, "Areum. Can I ask you something?" Areum didn't look at him, she only hummed. Arizona sighed, "Are you mad at me? Did I do anything wrong?" Areum looked at him, her green eyes narrowed dryly, "What makes you think so?" "I don't know. Are you okay though? You usually aren't like this. " Areum nodded," I'm good. Thanks for noticing me this time around. " The way she said it, made Arizona realize something had happened. He nodded and they continued to work. " Should we go out later this evening?"He asked suddenly, making her stare at him in surprise. He's never asked her out. Arizona felt his cheeks flame in embarrassment. She's looking at him like he
It wasn't good at all when Arizona got home. Because immediately he stepped into the living room, the sight that greeted him made his anger increase. Susan sat there, a man roaming his hands all over her as she giggled. Arizona clenched his jaws. 'Do not let your emotions rule over your mind ' he's always chanted in his mind anytime he sees things like this. As he made to walk away, he heard his mother call, "Arizona! You're home." Of course he didn't pay her attention. She smiled at him, "Why are you so late? Anyways. I decided to surprise you by coming home. Did you miss me?" "he sure did." Her newest lover smiled. Arizona felt angrier, "Did you bring him home so that you could mock me?" Susan chuckled, "No. I brought him home to relax. It's Melody's death anniversary soon." Arizona gaped at her. How can she say that so carefreely!? "Now you want to mourn her? When you killed her!?" Susan frowned, "She died herself, Arizona!" "No
Arizona was alone in his room, reading his robotics book when he heard the doorbell ring. He checked the time, wondering if Luella decided not to take her extra culinary classes anymore since she's here. She's the only one he's expecting. He decided not to go to school today, knowing he wouldn't be able to face Areum after what he'd done the previous day and he won't be able to avoid her beautiful eyes either. So he preferred to stay at home and miss her while moping in guilt. Arizona walked downstairs, running his long fingers through his already dishevelled hair. He reached the door and flung it open, expecting no one but Ella, but then... Her beautiful smile that never fails to make his heart beat weirdly came into view, her green eyes sparkling at him, "Hi!" Arizona blinked, "Hi... Hi." He stammered. To be honest, she's the last person he'd expected to be here. Areum smiled in admiration. He looks so much different.. First of all, he's not using his glasses.
Areum ignored the whining from Riel. "Can you just consider Kanye and leave that... Nerd!?" Areum eyed her, "I am not interested in Kanye and he isn't in me either! Stop all these Riel!" Riel said, "You're letting this guy come between us, Areum" Areum rolled her eyes, standing up from the bed and picking her bag, "No! You're letting him come between us. Because i don't see the problem in making friends..." Riel cocked a brow, "You're my best friend, Areum. I can tell, you like him. But he's not the best for you. I mean... He's... He's just so..." Areum raised her hand to stop Riel from completing that, "You say you are my best friend, Riel. But it's a lie. Because if you truly are, you wouldn't act like this towards me just because of Arizona. And what if he's not the best for me? It's me,not you! So leave me alone!" To be honest, she's really mad at Riel. How could she? Riel scoffed, "What are you trying to say, Areum?" Areum
Crystal Academy Literature class. Arizona sat beside Areum, his b right blue eyes trailing the students that were receiving their project marks. Some were happy while others were scowling in annoyance. "Team Kapi..Kapicron..Ka...what is this?" Mr Oliver glared at the two boys that approached him. "It's Team Capricorn." The taller one said. "Now, I see why you failed! Is this the spelling of Capricorn!" Mr Oliver snapped. The boys lowered their heads and the classmates laughed. Mr Oliver gave their book to them. On it, was a big F. They grumbled, walking back to their seats. "Team Untouchables..." He sighed. They walked up to him... "Team Variella... Ok, where did you all get these names!" He said in frustration making the students giggle. Valerie, Larissa and Luella walked up to collect their book. They had a B. Happily, they skipped to their seats. On her way, Luella looked over at Arizona, who immediately looked away, obviously avoiding her.
