Belial heard the conversation between Lucifer and Valmore. He is not pleased with the way things have turned out. Before going to the summer realm, he found out that princess Lola is a drifter and she is stuck in the fairy world. Even though Belial likes Lola, he loves the throne of the underworld more.

He thought that Lola would die in the hands of the fairy guards. Not a single drifter escaped from them to date. He was happy that he doesn't have to do anything but wait for her death. Then Lucifer's health would deteriorate more and he would not be in a position to rule.

Even though he is still bitter that Lucas got the woman whom Belial was after for a long time, he is also happy that as soon as Lola's death, Lucas would die too. Then no one would remain in Belial's way and he could finally become the Lord of the underworld.
