Synopsis
Wren is the daughter of Long Mountain Pack's Alpha Mixon and Luna Freya. A well respected couple within the werewolf world. Both her parents are strong, charismatic leaders. Even her older brother Mitchell finds it an effortless task to deal with any situation, no matter how many wolves are gathered. Unlike her family Wren struggles with social interaction. Finding comfort in solitude. Her family and pack love her dearly but they do not truly understand her. Wren has the ability to know someone's feelings as her own.. Quite quickly she can establish one's character and whether they are inherently good or not. The effects of doing so however are very draining on her mentally and emotionally. Wren hopes that one day when she finds her mate he will accept and love her. She fears that he might not be able to deal with her. Most people end up closing to simply avoid her... With her eighteenth birthday fast approaching will she find her mate? Will he accept her as she is? Wren doesn't know it yet,, but there is a war brewing behind the scenes. A war like never before. Phelan stood brooding at the door of his bedroom and watched as Micheal and Damien, his packs best tracker, scoured every inch of the room for clues or scents that did not belong. Every other pack member now knew that their Luna was missing. The entire ten thousand plus members were raring to attack whomever had been foolish enough to pull off such a stunt. Whoever they were, they would pay for their insolence. However, Phelan had forbid any other wolves entry to the penthouse. He didn't want to risk contaminating the scene. It irritated him that it was taking his men so long to deduce what had happened. It seemed like forever that Wren had been taken. Phelan knew that the longer it took for them to find any clues the more likely it would be that they may not find anything at all. This infuriated him. His wolf Lobo was fighting to come forward. He wanted to rip something or someone to shreds over the matter. Phelan knew he had to remain in control of himself to keep Lobo at bay.
