"You Smell Like a Dead Rose" by Allan Pham adapted by Tom French into a serie
The latest bestseller of the famous writer Allan Pham will be adapted by the well-known film director and producer Tom French. On a trip to Thetia, he accepted our interview invitation to talk to us about his next TV series.
"How did the idea of making a series about this book come to you?"
- “At the beginning, I didn't think at all about making a series but a movie. Then, after reading the book over and over, I told myself that a simple film would ruin all the work my friend Allan had put into writing it. Moreover, I was very inspired and if I wanted to put everything in, the film would have lasted three hours. I made an appointment with Allan to talk to him about my project, and he agreed. As for "The She Devil", he will accompany me on the shooting scenes to give his opinion and help us with the staging”.
"Have you already thought about the cast?"
- “With Allan and my team, we've already brainstormed a few ideas of actors that we could see in certain roles. We always look for the main character first, then we look for the family members, then the friends, and finally the secondary actors and extras. This time it was Allan who told us he had someone in mind to play the lead role of Spencer Turner. He would like Zachary Booth to do it. But you know me well, I don't recruit like that, I put everyone on equal footing. Within three weeks, we'll open the auditions for Spencer Turner, and as we go along, the others will follow”.
"Who's your favorite character? And who can you relate to?"
- “Without hesitation Spencer Turner! This character is so intriguing and interesting throughout the story. From the first chapter, I knew he was my favorite character. Then the one I can relate to would be his father. He does everything he can to be a good father, despite the problems his son has. And that's what I do in real life, I do everything I can to raise my two children, and that they lack nothing when they grow up, and of course that they are proud of their father.
"When will the series be available and where?"
- “For a release date, nothing has been decided yet. Maybe at the end of the year, or the first quarter of 2020. And where? Good question!”
" What are your future plans that you can tell us?"
- “I think that after this series, I will take time for myself and my family. I've created a lot of films and series in the last few years, and I need to recharge my batteries for a while. Then, afterwards, I will resume some projects. One that I can mention, my film "The Law of War" will finally have a sequel, but not until late 2020 or early 2021”.
"What's your current favorite book?"
- “Right now, I'm really into Camillia-Rose Hunter's books. I just finished the "Don't Watch" trilogy, and started "Please, kill me". Her writing style, the way she carries us through her stories, everything about her fascinates me. Besides, I understand why she was awarded the Golden Cross of Literature and the Order of Culture. The talent she has at such a young age it is becoming more and more rare. I'll tell you frankly, I would love to produce many of these books in film, especially the ones I just mentioned”.

Underground Studio finally unveils the synopsis and the release date of its first horror game "Him & Her"
As Steve Wood, CEO of Underground Studio, had announced at the Annual Convention of Video Games (ACVG), their first horror game "Him & Her" was going to be more detailed by the year 2019, and here we are.
Earlier this week, the studio announced on its social networks the synopsis of this long-awaited game. The group had been working on the synopsis since the end of 2018, but due to many disagreements in the teams, it was revised many times before being officially unveiled. But that's not all! Following the announcement of the synopsis, the release date was revealed, and players were surprised by it. Indeed, given that the synopsis has just been revealed to the public, no one expected it to be released so soon. "Him & Her" will be available on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 6:00 pm. In addition, the first images of the game are expected to be released next week. At the conference, the only image that was shown caused a great wave of hesitation in the gaming world, and players were eager for the game to come out so they could enjoy it. It is also important to know that the game will be playable in multiplayer and VR, which is also a first for the studio, which had never before integrated VR into its video games.
- "In the fall of 2016, Erik Olsen, a 31-year-old mechanic, moves into his new home in the city of Ravenchester. Many of the players were not satisfied because of the lack of detail in the synopsis. However, this did not prevent the video game world from getting more and more excited about the game. All that remains is to wait patiently.

ART SECTION
Exhibition about the Battle of Midona at the Military Museum of Blue Field in the Kingdom of Osaris.
For the first time since 2007, the Blue Field Military Museum will hold an exhibition on the famous Battle of Midona for one week, from July 6, 2019 to July 13, 2019. Thanks to the work of archaeologists, geologists, historians, etc... many objects from this battle have been discovered in the Midona Kingdom but also in the border Kingdoms: Prucan, Varial, Nayah, Hatopia and Rilan. These include weapons, skeletons of soldiers and citizens, but also the foundations of what may have been a defensive fortress. For more information, we recommend you to visit this exhibition.
Political and military personalities will be present on the first two days. For the ministers, there will be the Minister of the Army and Public Order Ezekiel Kestle, the Minister of Culture Gabriel Masson, the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Josie Sykes and the Minister of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation Dominick Lebeau. As for the Kings and Counts, Count Norman Of Staton, Sire Chad Pittman Of Osaris, Sire Darren Elliot Of Saratis and Mrs. Denise O'Brien Of Midona will be present. Finally, Her Majesty the Empress Odessa Kestle, as well as the heiress Rila Kestle and Princes Brad and Alex Kestle will attend the event. Our Empress will deliver a solemn speech to pay tribute to Grace Kestle and her daughter Athea, as well as for the soldiers and civilians killed. Then, a parade of the forces of the Flamboyant Army will take place in the main square of Bluefield.
