"Oh no! Grandpa, Leon's in danger. Think of something or help him," Renee paled in fear and turned to Caleb for help.

Given her feelings for Leon, she could not simply watch as he died.

In her desperation, she could only seek Caleb's help, hoping that he could help Leon.

Leon was the Morrisons' business partner and he did not want anything bad to happen to Leon either.

He could not simply break his promise.
