First of all, thank you so much for your continued support and for reading this story. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. I sincerely apologize for the recent delay in updates. I experienced some unexpected health challenges, but I’m happy to say I’m feeling much better now. By God’s grace, I’ll begin updating again within the next few hours. Sometimes that time of the month can be tougher for some of us than others, but we keep pushing through.

I would also like to gently address a concern raised in the comments regarding the focus on other characters and couples. Someone mentioned that several chapters center on side characters, and that it might feel like resources are being spent away from the main storyline.

I completely understand that perspective. However, this is my 20th book on this platform, and readers who are familiar with my work know that every character I introduce serves a purpose. While this is fiction, it reflects real-life relationships and human connections. Some of these characters will play crucial roles in Cassie’s journey, including making sacrifices for her in the future. Simply stating those sacrifices when the time comes would not create the emotional depth or realism I aim to portray.

I believe that showing the journey makes it more meaningful and understandable. These characters help reveal different dimensions of our heroine — her kindness, her strength, and how she uses her experiences to uplift other women. Growth becomes truly powerful when it impacts others.

I will certainly try to maintain a balance, but some storylines are essential because no one thrives in isolation. Cassie cannot walk her path alone. The people around her, and the reasons they stand by her, matter deeply to the story.

I also kindly ask that we remain mindful when posting reviews. Comments suggesting that the story is not focused or worth the investment may unintentionally discourage new readers from giving it a chance. If this were only about financial gain, I wouldn’t continue putting so much care into it, especially considering the modest view count. While income is a factor for any writer, my priority has always been delivering a meaningful and satisfying story.

Divorce and relationship struggles are very real issues, and many women face them in silence. Some are even pushed to the brink because of it. My hope is that this story reminds women that they are not alone, that challenges do not define them, and that strength can be found even in the hardest seasons of life.
