AMBER

The day came when Sebastian placed some papers on my office desk. I thought they were paperwork he needed me to complete, but when I raised my eyes, the handsome doctor winked at me.

I raised an eyebrow. "The clinic is about to close, Doctor Wolfe. Don't tell me you have something for me to do at the last minute?" I jokingly asked. If Sebastian had a task for me, of course, I would willingly comply. After all, he's my boss, and I'm still his employee despite everything.

He just chuckled. "You know, Amber, this clinic doesn't involve slavery work. Why don't you open it and find out?"
