Chapter 10

Elizabeth didn't notice that she had already dozed off. Since she got pregnant, she easily feels tired and sleepy.

She just laid herself down on the couch while waiting for Albert to return but suddenly she felt her eyelids feeling heavy so she closed her eyes and she didn't notice that she already fell asleep. She felt a bit of pain in her back because of the position she had while sleeping on the couch. Next time, she should be more careful.

She looked around the room when she woke up because she noticed that the room had been quiet for some time and she saw Albert was not on his desk.

She checked the time on her wrist watch and she saw that it was already lunch time and she felt her stomach growling inside as well.

She took her phone inside her bag and then immediately called Albert to check where he was or if he had already had his lunch.

It took a couple of rings before the call got finally connected. It seemed that the man was busy.
