Chapter 7

It was Daniel.

His personal assistant got inside his office.

He could see on his face that he was hesitating to come near him, maybe because the man saw that he wasn't in the mood.

"Come here," he said as he encouraged him to go near his desk. He couldn't help but shake his head because of his employee's reaction. It was as if he was going to bite him the way he reacted.

Daniel cleared his throat and looked at him when he was finally in front of his desk.

He raised his eyebrows as if saying to him that he could say whatever he wanted to say.

"Sir, I just wanted to remind you that we need to go to the conference room to announce your brother's arrival and that he would be the new president of the company," Daniel exclaimed. "And, I believe that all the board members and the head of each department were already there and they are just waiting for us," he added.

He let out a deep sigh. He couldn't understand why all of a sudden he wasn't in the
