I couldn’t go to work, I was still so disturbed from yesterday that I didn’t know if I could even look him in the eyes at the moment, and while it wasn’t necessary for my job, it would be better if my boss didn’t make me feel like puking every time he was near me.

Mindi understood and said that she would inform Matthew that I was out today and I thanked her before we hung up the phone. I laid back down in bed and let myself catch up on some much-needed sleep.

Kay woke me up around lunchtime with a soft knock on my door, “Hey, are you feeling any better?”

she's dumb for what she is doing with david when she has been told multiple times he's deceitful. at least matthew is honest about his ways. sorta glad that Matthew interrupted.
