KILLIAN'S POV

The past few days have been amazing, I have grown to like Alex more and more as she engages in my activities with my maidens. She was not as useless and irrelevant as I thought. I was softening towards her, regardless of how I hated it I couldn't help but want her. It wasn't a bad thing because after all, she is my mate legally.

"Lord Killian, you sent for me," she said as she entered my chambers. "Yes Alex, come to the bed," I said as I was already lying down.

"Where are the others?" She asked, looking around in confusion.

"Today I crave just you," I said and this made her blush.

"Really?"

"Yes, really," I replied and she got on the bed.

When we were done she went back to her room. Guard! "Guard!" I called out from my chambers. "Yes my Lord," one of them responded as he came to my chambers. "Is Sebastian back?"

"No, he isn't my Lord, would you want me to do anything in his stead?" The guard asked.

"Not at all, just inform me when he returns," I said to him and he nodded
