CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Selena’s POV

I was still grinning at Ava as I watched with glee, how her eyes went wide with anger in them and her nostrils flared as she watched me laughing to my satisfaction. She looked like she couldn't take it anymore and was going to lose it further than she already had and the goal was to drive her crazy until she would hit me and then end up regretting it when Raymond would find out what she did.

She shifted in her chair uncomfortably as she watched me laughing and when she had gotten to her limit, she stood up from her chair and came at me with speed.

Suddenly, she slapped me on the right cheek. Before I could recover from the hit and burn, her palm hit me hard on my left cheek too, making the pain double and I hissed in pain while she grinned this time while staring down at me.

“Who's smiling now bitch?” she asked and when the pain was okay to endure, I smiled back.
