“ Are you out of your freaking drunk mind?” Alana snapped, anger blazing in her eyes. “Who do you think you are? Who gave you the right to touch me, kiss me like I’m some prize?”

Kayden’s voice rumbled low, dark with possession. “ I don't care, you re mine, my mate. Slap me again...…Slap me all you want that won't change the fact that you're mine," he defied her in his deep husky voice.

“ I'm a stripper not an object for you to claim however you like."

Everyone around was reeling from shock, Zaide gave Zayne a signal and said, "C'mon guyssssss its part of the final act you know how Le Sinsation love to shake things up." The drunk people nodded and laughed like mad men as they applauded the supposed act.

But Zaide and Zayne were aware it wasn't an act at all and needed to get Kayden down from the stage.

Another drunken man stumbled onto the stage, his laughter slurred and unsettling. His glassy eyes roamed over Alana like she was a piece of meat ready to be devoured, making Kayden's wolf snarl in fury.

“ I want to be part of the act too," the man grinned, his breath reeking of cheap whiskey as he reached out toward Alana.

“ Back off,” Kayden growled pushing Alana to his side, but she was defiant and stepped away from his block.

“ Little boy can’t you see that she doesn’t want you huh? She needs a real man like me…a man who can give her more than just a kiss.”

Then he turned to Alana and grinned,“ Come to daddy baby girl and be a good slut, I’ll make your night unforgettable and blow your brains with more than just a kiss.”

Kayden’s anger flared , you could see it from the veins bulging on his temples. He felt the urge to rip out his throat and make him stop yapping rubbish.

But instead he decided to stay calm and give him a warning, “Didn’t you get me when I said back off. I don’t care how drunk or stupid you are, look at her like that again, speak to her like that again, and you’ll find out just how fast I can end you. She’s not for you, she’s not for anyone else, she’s mine and I don’t share..”

“Do I look like a care for your shares ?,” he cut him off, his gaze slid over her body with cruel appraisal.

“ Just look at her she was built for me, those legs were made to be spread by me and that mouth ? Yeah , it was made to moan my name and stick around my cock. Stop pretending you don’t want me, I can tear that little act of yours in seconds and make you beg for me. ”

He took steps closer towards Alana, reaching for her .

But before his filthy fingers could touch her, Kayden's hand shot out, gripping the man's wrist in a bone, crushing hold. A dangerous growl rumbled from deep within his chest…as he pushed his hand away, another warning, primal and deadly.

The man, either too stupid or too drunk to sense the danger, grinned wider.

“ Oh c'mon, you can’t have that sexy slut to yourself. It’s clear you can’t give her what she wants. If it makes you happy we can take turns, I'm sure a threesome wouldn't hurt."

Kayden’s blood boiled as he watched the sleazy Alpha lick his cracked lips, eyes shamelessly crawling all over Alana’s body like she was something to devour. Every lewd word, every mocking laugh made Kayden's wolf snarl louder in his head, clawing to be let out.

“I warned you,” Kayden said, voice low and razor-sharp. “Walk away. Now!”

The man scoffed, slurring through a smug grin. “Or what? You’ll cry about your little stripper sweetheart?”

Wrong answer.

Kayden moved fast, lightning fast. In one vicious motion, he grabbed the man’s wrist again mid…reach. Bones cracked loudly under his grip, making the Alpha yelp in pain. But Kayden wasn’t finished. His other hand coiled into a fist and crashed into the guy’s face with brutal force. A disgusting crack echoed through the club as blood burst from the man’s nose.

The Alpha staggered back, stunned, but Kayden followed.

"KAYDEN STOP!” his delta and Beta chorused through shrieks and screams that came from the crowd. The man groaned, his face bloody and contorted in pain. The sharp scent of alcohol mixed with iron filled the air.

He hit him again.

And again.

The second punch split the man’s lip, the third drove into his gut, sending him reeling. Kayden grabbed the front of his shirt, lifted him off the ground like he weighed nothing, and slammed him onto the nearest table. Wood splintered, glass shattered, bottles and cups crashed to the floor, mixing with the man’s groans and the roar of the stunned crowd.

Some drunk idiots cheered, thinking it was part of the act. Others screamed and scattered.

Kayden stood over the broken Alpha, chest heaving, fists clenched, every muscle in his body vibrating with fury.

He could’ve killed him.

But instead, he gritted his teeth, leaned in close, and growled, “Touch her again, look at her again, and I swear to the Moon Goddess, no one will ever find your body.”

Alana's panicked voice cut through the chaos. "Security! Security!"

"You asshole you scared her," his wolf cussed at him.

"Scared her? I was just trying to protect her didn't you see how he looked at our mate?"

Security came in flooding the room like ants.

Each one ready to take him out but he resisted their orders.

"I'm not leaving this place without my mate," he protested. Zayne and Zaide tried their best to convince him to leave but he was persistent in not leaving anywhere without Alana.

Security lashed in left right and center all trying to contain him but he was too strong for them. Zaide and Zayne grabbed his arms, desperately trying to pull him back. "Kay, don't do this! You're making it worse!"

But Kayden barely heard them, his chest heaved, his eyes wild, dark and feral. His mind wasn’t with them anymore, it was locked onto one thing.

Alana.

His gaze darted through the crowd, searching.

And then…..

His heart stopped.

His wolf went completely silent.

Because what he saw made his blood run cold.

Kayden’s eyes scanned the stage, but she wasn’t there anymore, Alan was gone . It was as if she had vanished into thin air, disappeared without a trace.

His heart hammered in his chest, panic rising as he searched desperately. He was too drive by anger he couldn’t even sneak a peek to see where she had gone. Before he could move, strong hands grabbed him, hauling him away from the chaos.

“Kayden, stop! You’re causing too much trouble,” Zaide barked, gripping his arm tightly.

“Let me go! I have to find her!” Kayden struggled, his voice desperate, eyes wild.

Zayne stepped in, holding his other arm. “We need to get out of here before this gets worse.”

Despite his fierce resistance, they finally managed to pull him away from the club’s blazing lights and roaring crowd. Kayden’s gaze lingered on the empty stage, haunted by the silence where Alana should have been.

His heart pounded with a single burning question: Where had she gone?

The room swirled with voices and disbelief as Kael’s announcement still hung heavy in the air. But the chaos had just begun.Kael Ashbourne stood tall, expression unreadable. “I met Alana before she was Luna, at that club in down town . She was dancing, I fell in love and we…we spent a night together.”Alana’s eyes widened in shock, “ Who are you? That never happened, I don’t even know you!”Kael didn’t flinch, “Its okay of you don’t remember me….I was using another name. But I’d never forget your face.” he continued, his voice clipped and composed. “It was just one night, but it only takes one.”“ You’re lying,” Alana whispered, shaking her head violently. “I don’t even know you or seen you before.”He walked towards her, “ I promised myself I’d find you, but I didn’t know where to start. Now that the word is out everywhere, when I saw your picture I recognized you.”He pulled out his phone , showcasing viral posts on the internet. The news went viral , it wasn’t even yet sunset and

Voices echoed down the hallway even before Alana sat down. “ Savanna, You’re blinded by pity,” Kayden’s father snapped. “She’s tearing this pack apart.” “And you Roland are blinded by your pride,” she fired back. “That girl is alone in a house full of wolves ready to eat her alive. You think that’s what leadership looks like? Abandoning your own when it’s convenient?” “She isn’t one of us,” he hissed. “She was never one of us. The only thing she brought here was shame.” “She brought Kayden peace,” she shot back. “Before all this, he loved her. That didn’t come from nowhere.” “Before all this,” he repeated, mocking, “she was stripping under colored lights and dancing on strange laps.” “She’s still a woman,” Kayden’s mother said, her voice quieter now, but no less fierce. “A woman carrying a child. You can raise your chin all you want, but I’m a mother. And I know, I feel it. Something’s not right about this whole pregnancy thing, Not with her.” A long silence followed. Then the

Alana stepped out of the car with Zayne close by, his presence the only thing keeping her together at least. The hospital wristband still clung to her wrist like a scar she couldn’t peel off. Her body moved, but her soul, whatever was left of it, felt like it had been scraped out and tossed somewhere she’d never find it again. Her feet touched the steps of the pack house, and instantly, everything shifted. The air felt like it thickened and the silence snapped taut. The front door opened on its own, slow and creaking, like the house itself knew she was coming and wasn’t happy about it.And behold, they were all waiting for her all watching her.Every pair of eyes inside locked onto her like she was dirt that somehow got tracked into the clean house. Curious, Harsh and whispering. Their stares clung to her skin like ice, like judgment made flesh.“She really came back?” A worker muttered, not even bothering to hide the disgust.“She must miss the spotlight and still wants to play Lun

Kayden slammed the front door of the pack house shut behind him. The sound echoed through the halls like a gunshot, sharp and loud. But he didn’t care. He didn’t feel calm, and he wasn’t pretending anymore. He was angry, confused and hurting in ways he didn’t have words for. As he stepped into the living room, he stopped in his tracks. Everyone was there, everyone who had heard of the tragedy, we there waiting for him. His mother stood near the fireplace, her arms crossed, looking like she’d been waiting a while. His father stood beside her, quiet but alert. House workers hovered along the walls, their eyes down, pretending not to be listening, but they were. On the couches sat Melany, Lilith, and Nyra. Their postures were relaxed but their eyes were sharp , each with intentions, all watching him and patiently waiting. They all were. The room felt too full and loud, even in its silence. “Kayden.” She moved toward him with grace, her long silver-streaked hair tied back in a lo

Alana sat alone in the room now, her heart pounding against her ribs like it was trying to escape the cage of confusion wrapped around her. The sterile scent of disinfectant lingered in the air, but inside her, everything felt... wrong. “Trixx?” she called out to her wolf, her mental voice trembling. “ What's happening?" “oh my dear Alana,” Trixx replied, her presence immediate, protective, but just as confused. “ Alana, this doesn’t make sense. None of it does. We would’ve felt it. I would’ve smelled it. Hormonal changes, body shifts….it’s impossible for us not to know.” Alana's fingers trembled as she brushed a strand of hair from her face. “ But two tests said the same thing. Blood and urine. HCG levels don’t just appear out of nowhere.” “ Unless something unnatural is happening…”Trixx said, more to herself than to Alana. “Even if there was a trace, I would’ve picked it up. You would’ve felt it in your bones, in your skin, in your dreams. But there’s been nothing. No nausea,

  • The Forbidden Heiress    Moral Of The Story

Kayden staggered back a step, his breath caught in his throat. Pregnant? The word echoed in his mind like a gunshot. His heart pounded, not with anger at first, but disbelief. It didn’t make sense at all. He hadn’t touched or slept with Alana before , he Couldn’t touch her yet, to top it all up he had a curse lingering over him like a shadow and wasn’t even sure it would break after being with Alana. They had never crossed that line, never even come close. And yet, here he was, staring down the barrel of an impossible truth. Then it hit him like a train wreck, his hands trembled as the images flashed of Alana and Braxton and they rushed through his head like a storm. Braxton, standing shirtless , with his hands on Alana’s waist , and she stood in between his legs wearing nothing but underwear. Jealousy clawed at his chest, but deeper than that was confusion, betrayal... and a small, terrifying sliver of fear. “I want to see her,” he said tightly, his voice low but edged in steel
