Chapter 46.

Mia POV.

Waking in the darkness, I realise I’m back here again. Stuck in limbo between waking and unconsciousness. Groaning, I sit up and see I’m fully clothed. Sighing, I look round before calling out to her.

“Selene! Why am I here again?” my voice echoing in the darkness. I run my fingers through my hair and just sit, waiting to see what happens.

“Seleeeeennnnnne! Come out, come out wherever you are.” I say in a singsong voice, but nothing. Well, isn’t that just peachy?

Sighing, I pull myself up to stand and wander into the darkness. No idea where I am going or what I will find. It’s like I’m stuck in this abyss and I wonder what is waiting for me as I venture forward.
