Orion got to find out that Ryan had died. Knowing well that Ryan was a man who loved me and still did, Orion didn't hesitate to show sadness over Ryan's demise. Although Lyra didn't take it well. Gabriel had been trying to comfort her.

Ryan was a good man. A rare kind. It hurt so bad that I couldn't give him what he wanted. He was my amazing grace. I knew if I never met Orion, Ryan would have been the one. I would fight and die to be his.

I had gone to check on my father again. This time his wounds were completely healed but he was still resting. Lauren comes into the room my father was in and pulls me aside with trembling hands. "Freya, I have been waiting for you," she said.

Lauren was calling me by my real name now and it sounded weird and nice at the same time, coming from her.

"Waiting for me? What's the problem." I asked.

"I am scared. Something tells me Damian is on his way here."

"How sure are you? Why do you think so?"
