Surprise attack

My gaze was set on the three story old building that stood before me. The sound of tires screeching, the doors of the cars being opened and slammed shut, and then the noise of several footsteps approaching reached my ears. Soon, they stopped behind me.

"We have found Max McCommer. Your detective's information was right, Mr. Larsen. He is just a few buildings away," said the security head of Sinister's team.

"As expected," commented Dominic from my right. "He has kept Max near him so that if his plan doesn't work out, he can flee from here with his son."

"Our men will get him out of there. This job is done. Boss and Mr. McCommer will be here with other teams at Monet's front entrance in five minutes. Now what's next?" asked the man from behind me.
