Chapter -8

Jay. POV.

Today is Saturday and I have lot of free time today. Tomorrow my bakery will be open but Jenna,Sam, Simon and Peter will look after it. Amanda  will have a day off tomorrow. It's not that I get to have two days free I rarely do this but sometimes I do it. Most of the times I am in bakery only even if I have taken leave . My father says that a business will never be successful if you don't look after it no matter how loyal your employees are.

I have this Habit of calling Jenna as Jenny. Even though it is wrong for firvto do that but she doesn't mind. If my employees need leave then I am the one takes over their shift no matter how much work I have to do. Because everyone has their own issues and we have to be understanding and should adjust accordingly. Most of the time they tell me beforehand so I am an adjust accordingly. Sometimes even my parents come to supervise when they know that we are short on employees. Even though they themselves are rich but they don't consider other work as degrading. According to them every work is important and respectful. They are also very friendly with them. I guess my nature is inherited from them only which I don't mind because they are kind people out who also likes to lend a helping hand to me when I am in need and I think it is all Karma which will pay you back. So be kind to others and to yourself also. 

I did my morning exercise and took a both and then went to my parents house to have breakfast. Our female chef Rose  was cooking in the morning because it is very difficult to put Mick to sleep so Julia usually gets less time to sleep as Mick tends to get naughty at night sometimes. I already have the passcode for the house so it is easy for me to enter. The butler was supervising the work and maids were doing the work they have been ordered. 

I entered the kitchen and started cutting the veggies which were required in breakfast after asking Rose what she was making. Today I decided not to cook. I only helped Rose with cutting the vegetables and looking whether the food is cooked or not. 

After the breakfast was cooked I left the kitchen and went inside my now bedroom which has my minimal things inside. It is plain white room with a double sized bed and a cupboard. There is a small table in the corner of the room. I very rarely saty in there. Earlier my parents wanted to decorate it for me but I refused and let them decorate my house . I mostly use my childhood room as it has so many of my memories and this room only has my few clothes. I laid down on the bed a bit and started scrolling through my phone and saw that Elijah as messaged me to get ready by 7:00 pm. 

Then I read some news and left the room by 9:00 am . Today Mick has a day off so I will be spending my time with him as my parents will leave for the work. When I left the room I saw that almost everyone as there and a sleepy Mick in Ray's arms. I quickly picked up Sleepy Mick and when he realised it was me he happily hugged me and his sleepiness was gone in a second. Childern are really the most beautiful creature. They do cute acts instinctively so that they can attract our attention and I love it. I babied my little nephew and Julia always tell me not to overpamper him but I know the boundary. If he will do wrong then he will be punished by me only. 

We all went to the dining table and today I sat Mick down on my lap as today I wanted to baby Mick a little more and he was more than happy to sit on my lap. I was free today so me and Mick took our sweet time to have our breakfast. After that all my family members left leaving me and Mick alone. Then I took Mick for a bath as when he woke up he had breakfast and I know that he has not taken bath yet. 

After helping him bath I helped him wear his clothes which consisted of the half-sleeved white  t shirt which has cartoons drawn on it and blue capery with his cute sandles. Sometimes it makes me giddy looking at the cute little clothes and makes me wonder how this little fella will grown into a big man one day and how these babies are dependent upon us for everything. 

Then I played with Mick in my childhood room. I also read him some stores and we also watched some cartoon movies together. For lunch we decided to have Mac and cheese pasta . After lunch I went for a nap with Mick in his room. Even though his room and bed is small but it is comfortable. He hugged me to sleep and at 3:30 pm we woke up and I fed him fruits and a glass of banana milk shake. 

After that we played outside with a ball. It is not that I don't have friends but it is just that I prefer to spend time with my family more and with friends se can hand out whenever we are free but our work rarely gives us time and when it does we do like to hang around. 

By 5:00 pm my family came back as Mick was with me the whole day now he was clingy to his parents and grandparents. Which I don't mind as I have to go out today. I told my parents about my plans and they appreciated me as they know that rarely I go out and they want me to enjoy more and be less responsible as they think it is my time to enjoy and not to worry. 

Then I quickly went and took bath and decided to wear black jeans with black shirt and black leather jacket with black boots. I wanted to go all Balck today. I styled my hair backwards and overall I gave off the vibe 'Don't approach me'. When I was ready I got Elijah's message that he was outside my house. My butler welcomed him and when we saw each other we both were stunned as we both were wearing black outfits and it looked as were were a couple and the only different thing in our outfit was that he has styled his to the side and was looking more like a CEO and I look more like a Mafia.
