Concern?

I STARED at Nica who still couldn't stop laughing.

"Nica! Why did you even let him come, earlier?!" I complained. We are now in the waiting shed, waiting for Nica’s driver to pick us up, and I'm being asked to go home with her again.

"I'm sorry, Andy. You two are really match-made in heaven! I will really you two’s cupid!" she was still teasing me.

"No thanks, if it’s him! I don't want a pervert like him!" I said while my forehead is frowning.

"Who's this pervert?" Nica and I looked at each other when someone suddenly answered from our back. We turned around to see who is it, and I almost fainted again when I saw the person who caused nothing but trouble for me today.

"You! Can you stop interacting with me?! Shoo, get out of my sight!" I turned him away, but he and his friends just laughed at me.

"Nica!" I complained to Nica with my arms crossed.

"Clein, don't tease her too much, she might kick you. She’s a black belter," Nica defended me.

The four of them approached our space and sat in front of us, I scoff and folded my arms below my chest. I caught Clein looking at me so I glared at him. I’m having the urge to punch his face right now!

"Why all of you are here, anyways?!" I am annoyed with them. I mean, I’m sure they have their own cars, so why bother to hang out here?

"I didn’t know that it’s forbidden to hang out here in the waiting shed of MY school?" the treacherous man answer me with more emphasis on ‘my’.

Annoyed, I turned to him, "I'm not talking to you! Khalil, you're the one who’s going to answer me since you're the only one who’s kind of decent in your group!"

"Ahm... We're just waiting for someone," he seemed uncomfortable to me. He’s answering me without looking at me properly.

"Hmm, your girlfriends?" I couldn't help but ask. Why did I ask? It’s not my business.

"Ahm... N-" Khalil would have answered when Clein cut him off.

"It's none of your f*cking business, panty girl," Clein answered with an irritated tone. Wow, this man has bad mood swings! I would have answered him back when Nica's driver arrived and she pulled me with her towards their car.

"Bye, everyone! See you again, tomorrow!" Nica got on first and when I was about to get on, Clein called me.

"Andy! I’m waiting for your answer! I still want to see the remaining Tuesday-Sunday panties you have!" he said with a playful smirk on its slips that made my blood boil and urging me to riff that smirk off his lips. His friends laugh so hard that made me embarrassed even more.

"Ahh! You, panty stealer!" I shouted at him, irritated. I immediately got into Nica's car. He is getting into my nerve! Curse him!

"BYE, Andy! See you tomorrow, I’ll get you here tomorrow! Byeeee," Nica said and their car started to drive away with me unable to answer her back. Geez, that girl.

I entered our house while shaking my head. What a great day! Yeah, so great! When I got inside the house, I immediately change my clothes. I’m going to the city’s plaza where Mother’s selling our food business. It’s a long way to go by walking, so I fasten my action cause I don't want to spend the night on the road. Drunkards are widespread in our area.

After I got dressed, I picked up my phone and left.

I CAME to the plaza with me catching my breath, walking will get me till the night before I can get here, so I ran. I immediately went to my mother's place next to the other shopkeepers/salesmen.

"Hi, mom," I said when I got by her side.

"Oh, you shouldn't have come here. You look tired," my mother commented. I just hugged her from behind.

"What are you talking about, Mom? You're talking like that as if you’re not here all day! Oh, what can I help you with, mom?" I asked and insisted on helping her.

"By the way, Andy, can you go to Perli’s house? Tell her, I need the money she owed to me. You know where their house is, don't you?" Mom asked me and I immediately nodded.

"Oh, just don't take too long in there, it's going dark soon! There are many alleys there, you might get lost," Mom reminded me.

"Yes, mom!" I replied and kissed her forehead.

And I started walking towards Perli’s house, which has many more detours due to the small alleys of their street. But I already memorized the roads, so I guess it's okay.

Moments later, I was in an alley when I heard footsteps coming from a corner and I suddenly remembered Clein because of that time where I met him the first time.

"What the heck, Andy, don't even think about that--!" my eyes widened when someone suddenly pulled me on a corner and covered my mouth. When I was about to step on his foot, he suddenly spoke.

"Don't you dare stomp your foot at me, panty girl!" P-PANTY GIRL?! What in the… Don’t tell me...

"That Clein is something else, he vanished again!"

"We let him escaped again!"

"Bullshit! Next time, move your damn asses faster!"

And when we heard the footsteps getting farther, he released me and I was right.

"YOU AGAIN?!" I yell at the pervert who pulled me.

"Don't be delusional. And what are you doing here in this kind of place?" he asked with a serious tone. Rumors have it that there many addicts here. But it’s not his business so I stared at him with one brow raised.

"And what about it?! You’re also here," I answered.

"It's a different story, I'm a boy and you're a girl. And you're wearing a short that may attract the rapists here. You should go back. That is my order, don't you dare oppose it, " and he walked in the dark part of an alley until he disappeared from my sight.

The hell? Who is he for me to follow ?! But... why are my feet walking by themselves?! And moments passed, I just realized that I was going back to where I was before, to the plaza.
