IRISH’s POV

“It is all your fault. You caused all of this,” Anita said, pointing directly at me.

It can’t be. She can’t possibly know about my relationship with Jimmy. Now everybody was looking at me.

“You introduced that brat called Lisa to him!” she spat out.

I had never felt this relieved. I almost had a panic attack for the wrong reasons.

“Idris has done nothing. I’m not into Lisa. I mean… not anymore,” Jimmy came to my rescue.

I could feel the tension in the room, but guess whose best friend had been quietly eating the whole time like none of this made sense? Mine.

I wish I had superpowers. I would have made her choke on that food.

I felt my phone vibrate inside my pocket. I brought it out. A message notification from Diego:

Diego: Not at home. Where are you?

I quickly sent him the address, with an extra message:

Me: Send someone to save me.

Diego: Okay. Will be there in a jiffy.

Mr. Charles kept tapping his wine glass, then finally stood and left the place. This had to be the mo

JIMMYI couldn’t explain the level of pain I was going through when I heard her say those words.Just seconds ago, I was happy, thinking Irish and I would finally be together without putting up a fight. It felt like a piece of me left the moment I watched her walk out through that door with her hands intertwined with his.She chose him, not me.My phone couldn’t stop vibrating, and I already knew who the caller was… Mum. I only prayed my body could carry me to her.And in no time, I was standing right in her room.“Son, you can’t fire him like that. I love him. I finally get to experience what true love is all about. Please, don’t do this to me.”Her two hands were folded. I just couldn’t believe she was crying over him.“I get it, the sex was good. Daddy isn’t emotionally available, but you can’t be with him. Everything is wrong about it. Choose someone else. You can’t have this baby, Mum. Please, don’t make it harder than it is.”She wasn’t having it. Neither would she stop sobbing.

IRISHI noticed how Diego disentangled himself from the hug and said whatever he said to her.I am now curious to know their relationship. From the way she couldn’t take her hands off him, Diego seems important to her.I entered the car, and he didn’t waste time starting it and hitting the road.“I met Bella late last year in the Maldives during my long vacation. We had fun for the four months I spent over there. I left. I didn’t believe in being accountable… until you came along.”“Oh.”That was the only thing I could mutter. I didn’t bother asking where we were heading for the staycation. I just wanted to get rid of my clothes and have a cold bath.I can’t tell how long we had been on the road because I fell asleep at some point. But the car finally stopped, and I followed him.It had a beach setting, with bamboo houses, just what I needed.I followed Diego to the room where we would stay for the week. And to my surprise, everything I needed throughout my vacation was here. Down to

IRISH“Just ignore her, she is only bitter because I turned her down. You know, Lilly isn’t my type. I just don’t know how to let her go.”Not even in my weirdest imagination would I ever think a day would come when I’d have to defend the size of my supposed dick.David was still looking at me like he didn’t believe me.“You have to do something about this allegation. Sleep with any of her friends and watch her spread your gospel.”“I think missionary style should make a statement. Make sure it hits right in her womb. Very aggressive.”Now, I wish Jimmy could give me his cork for this mission.Just then, Dave saw Anne walking by and ran over to her. Seems like someone is finally trying to be responsible.I was walking outside when I bumped into someone. My bad! I was zooming in on a picture to see what a 2-inch cork looks like.“I am sorry, I wasn’t looking.”“Clearly you weren’t! You dumbass one inch.”That was the new girl, Bella. And she just referred to me as one inch. Lilly will

IRISHI knew I needed to leave her room immediately, it was all a trick all along. Did she feel the walls of my cunts? The flirty look on Lilly’s face suddenly disappeared, and I took advantage of her astonishment and left the room.Let’s hope she didn’t suspect anything because I will be doomed.******Another day, and I woke up a little bit cranky and tired. Nicki now spends practically all her time with her new boyfriend. The door opened, and Diego came inside with a tray of food.“You know I could be naked or anything. You should have knocked.”“Good morning to you, too,” he said, placing the tray of hot steamy chocolate and a sandwich on the bed.“If I see you naked, it is only right you see mine. Don’t worry, I have had a glimpse of how your body looks.”Was that supposed to be funny? Thinking of it now, will I really give my body to him? What if I try kissing him… maybe it will help me forget about Jimmy. I brought out my hands and smelled my morning breath.Argh! That didn’t

IRISHJimmy was scoffing. Only if he knew what Diego was capable of. I know I’ve always wanted that K-drama moment where two men fight over me, but this one wasn’t romance, but this was war. “Your woman? Oh please,” Jimmy scoffed. “Enough of the charade. Irish loves me as much as I love her. Enough of the drama, take it elsewhere.”My mouth almost dropped to the floor.Diego stayed calm. He smiled at him, walked over, and before I could even process what was happening… Bam!A punch straight to Jimmy’s face.“Oh crap!”Jimmy was staggering like he was walking out of heaven’s gate. His eyes were squeezed shut. Oh no, did he go blind? Did Diego permanently blind him?I stood there stunned for a whole year in 10 seconds. Then Diego approached Jimmy a second time, arm raised again, so I did the only reasonable thing: I took the blow. The punch landed on my face, my eyes rolled. I literally saw tiny stars dancing salsa.Dear heavens, accept my soul.“Shit! Are you okay? It wasn’t meant fo

JIMMY“I can explain. It is not what you think.”Montana immediately rushed over to me, but I pushed her away.“You won’t dare,” I snapped. “I heard every single thing. And I’ll ask you this question once, heaven help you if you dare lie to me.”I swallowed, my breath uneven.“Is Jayden my biological son?”She started sobbing, and somehow the tears made me even angrier. I hit my hand on the reading table, making her flinch.“No… he is not,” she whispered. “But trust me, you’re the only one fit to be his father, Jimmy. You love him, right?”I closed my eyes and held my fist so tight my nails dug into my palm. I opened my mouth to say something, anything, but the words wouldn’t form. Her stepfather left the room. Good, he wasn’t my business. She was.“Am I such a fool?” My voice cracked, sounding like a plea instead of a question.“No, no… you’re not a fool. You’re the best thing that has ever happened to me. I’m so sorry. I just wanted Jayden to have you as his father.”My fingers were
