Chapter 21 Mister Zayn Reed

I yawned loudly and covered my mouth when Zayn shook his head at me. He had exited the shower and was currently towel drying his large frame and hair.

"I need to color my hair to a darker color because I am leaving the Hunter's association and government work and don't wish to be recognized," he told me truthfully. I tilted my head as I looked up at him, curious about what he'd look like with a darker color. I assumed it would be similar to his darker eyebrows and facial scruff.

"You can purchase some at the pharmacy in town," I offered and he grinned at me.

"Why are you leaving your work," I asked candidly. He grinned devilishly and lifted his fingers to caress my chin between his two fingers.

"I've got something more precious to prove myself to and my goals have changed," he said sincerely. I nodded my head lost in his odd eyes. They were a lovely green but the black irises were oddly shaped. Zayn dressed in blue jeans and a plain black t-shirt.
