For me, S could have been one of those characters that you love to hate but secretly love, lol…until he continued to try to force A to be his even after she called him out, returning the necklace…he only cared about saving himself and his mate, which says a lot to me.

When will this story end? A will become stronger since her hair turned silver for a moment. She and G, S and A will defeat and destroy the witch. Nightwolf will be strong again. S and M will have a happy ending, A, G and B will will be a happy family. A will become a stronger Moon Goddess daughter

I also like your box of chocolates analogy and I agree it’s definitely a love-hate situation for the readers. One true-to-life aspect about Sebastian’s character is how narcopaths are usually “Jekyll and Hyde” like him… they have a “good” side they and are rarely as one-dimensional as Deirdre was

I just personally think what we’re seeing in his POV right now is too little too late... and it seems unfeasible for him to fully repent and change so easily/suddenly… but a lot of things in this story don’t make logical sense and what will actually happen is obviously up to the author’s imagination

But it will be interesting, maybe he will die saving everyone and maybe he will see the light and really change his ways & reconcile with Melissa and actually become a better man, redemption comes in many forms.

That’s a very valid point Amanda, but he could also do a full 180 as well and finally show remorse and apologize, but we never know with this author, I think that’s why you either love or hate S at the moment, he’s like a box of chocolate we just dont know what we’re gonna get with him…

He also always seems to insist on needing to take what isn’t rightfully his and I just can’t imagine that will ever change. I feel like he would always be a dark cloud looming over a happily ever after for Avery, Gideon, Bjorn, Colt/Evergreen and countless other potential werewolves in the future…

I feel strongly about my opinion because we haven’t seen him show an ounce of genuine remorse and apologize to Colt and his family for what he did to the Uncle, or to Gideon, Bjorn and Avery for everything he did to lie/deceive and manipulate them in his selfish ploys to keep their family apart…

ARA.. I just think him dying to save everyone is a more redeeming end for his character than, for example rotting away in prison or becoming the new Rogue King … it also eliminates the possibility of him being a threat to everyone else’s happily ever after (which I believe he would be…)

I think this is such a divided situation because IMO the author allowed WAY too much time for readers to swoon over the Prince Charming side before revealing his evil side/true character. Some of us saw red flags early on, never liked him/pegged him as a villain, while others were in love with him…

Because reading someone else’s viewpoint may make you see that character differently then you might have,I’ve had my view of a character changed by reading others comments, not just in this book either,and not saying you need just you view on S at all,we just all need to be a little more open minded

No one is wrong or to blame, we all just view the S character differently at the moment,which is fine,I myself am not a fan of S currently that may change in a couple of chapters, also didn’t really take it as either of you pushing your idea, just voicing your current viewpoint of the character……
