Chapter 38: Critical condition

After a hot scene between her and the young man, Nicole suddenly felt embarrassed. Fortunately, he was no longer with her because he suddenly remembered that he had a meeting. She should also be at the meeting, but he told her not to go. He strictly instructed her not to leave his office before he left earlier.

"Ugh, what did you do, Nicole?" She talked to herself while fixing her messy hair.

It would be more difficult for her now to distance herself from the young man because of what happened. The more she couldn't convince him to marry Danica. When she remembered what could possibly be the consequence, she quickly stood up and left Steven's office. She needed to buy pills and drink. She didn't want the mistake to result into something and it shouldn't be. She will see her third child anytime soon.

Danica's eyes were sharp as she followed Nicole. She knew she had been in Steven's office and she didn't want to think about what might have happened between the two. When the elevator Nic
