Alice no longer knew what to think right now, it never crossed her mind that they could be setting up a marriage for her which was never going to happen with or without her consult. She didn't want to bring her mom back into the picture but since she was the one who had asked her to be here for this dinner date that meant she had lots and lots of explanations to make. Alice took up her phone and dialed her mom's number not even trying to consider her position right now.

"What are you doing?" Theo stared at Alice for a long while just to understand what was going on in her head but it all was to no avail. He didn't know what to think anymore as Alice was busy dialing someone's number.
