I and Adrian finally left to one of the biggest shop in the city.

When we arrived the parking lot, i got out of the car and Adrian did same.

He came to my side and held my hand..

When he did that, i shrugged and said frowning

"Why are you holding my hand like a kid?"

He looked down at me..as if i just asked what we're doing here.

"Baby bird don't make this difficult for us and take my hand." Adrian said

I hesitated before i did. 

When we got in, he took me to the most expensive sections

I gasp in me..seeing the beautiful view of such place.

When we arrived the womens ware, he said

"Choose as many cloths as you want..I'll be right here if you need anything." he said and sat on a couch beside us.

I stood there confused as i started scraching my hair not knowing where to start.

When he saw my reaction..he stood up and came towards me.

"I'll help you.. just because i don't want you moving around like a lost puppy." He said stopping infront of me and i chuckled

"Follow my lead..." he said moving past me and i turned around doing as he said

He helped choosed my cloths..and it was left for me to measure

He waited outside as i went to dressing room and wore the first dress

It was a very sexy gown..showing my curves. I took them from my mum of course!

I wore a nice high hill..with one of the accessaries he bought for me. 

I looked at myself in the mirror..after which i went out to show him.

When he turned around and saw me..he shrugged

"What do you think?" i asked and he was speechless

"If your first measure looks this Sassy..what happens to the others on...y o u" he said after a while, not taking his eyes of me

I was dumpfounded hearing his words..

*Really!?* i said within

I went back in..after a long stare from him

I tried many other cloths..and his reactions were prizeless

He told me the cloth to ware now for work.. just because i wanted to keep seeing that smile on his face, i agreed.

I got 3pairs of shoes and some accessaries..

He gestured for Royse to get the things as he handed his golden credit card to the woman Casher

We walked out of dressing area as the women around didn't keep their eyes of HIM!

I'm the gorgeous one here..yet ladies kept looking at him as if they saw a god!

When we arrived the parking lot, i said

"Did you see the way those ladies were looking at you.. as if i was absent" 

He gave me a confused look and i understood what he was thinking..

"I meant..I'm the gorgeous one here. Yet, they barely looked at me." i said correction my statement and he smiled the more

"It is obvious..they're ladies. They won't be looking at you when a man like me is beside..And by the way they seemed jealous of you..that's why they couldn't look at you" he said and i raised my brow

"Oh..i see" i said nodding my head

"If you're the reason they couldn't look at me..why being jealous of me at all?" i asked

"Don't you get it by now..?" he said and i raised my brows and opened my eyes blankly

"You're dress is not as beautiful to them as the person standing by you..and that's why they're jealous. 'cause you have the dress..yet have someone more expensive and precious than the dress. To finnalise it, they think we're couples.." he said and i laughed

"Are those ladies for real!? How can they really think that way?" i asked 

"Why not?" he asked

"Because it's not obvious.. by the way, what would i be doing with a man like you!?" i said as we arrived the car and he stopped turned around and looked me raising his brows

"Really.." he said

"Yeahhh..isn't it obvious?" i asked

"I don't think it is.." he said looking at me lustfully

OMG he's doing that again..when did i be so carried away by his look?

"Uhh..i think we should get in the car.." i said and was about walking past him when he held my hand 

"Not so fast..baby bird" he said and turned around, causing me to lay by back against the car and he placed his hands on the car by my sides

"Can you repeat what you said ealier?" he asked and i furrowed my brows

"What..exactly?" i asked nervously because of how close he was.

"That wouldn't be with someone like me?" he asked and i opened my eyes blankly

"I don't remember saying that..did u?" i asked and he raised his brow

"Oh really! Then..what exactly did you say?" he asked 

"Nothing much but the truth.." i said

"And...what's the truth?" he asked looking deep into my eyes

"The truth is..you're so stuborn, arrogant and authoritative yet..very charming and..handsome" i said after a very long stare

"Really..." he said still looking at me and i hummed 

He looked me for sometime and sigh

"I'm going to spare you today..but, next time you say that again..you're gonna have to dehydrate all the water in your body before you'll be free" he said 

 I blinked my eyes severally not understanding what he meant as he smile and pulled back as i sigh a sigh of relief.

He opened the door..gesturing for me to get in..

I did and he went the other side, opened the door, got in and Royse drove off.
