Mag-log inZev's POV
The world stopped for me the moment my eyes fell on the little child in Sienna's arms.
It was a girl. Her little face had turned red from crying, and her tiny fingers were clenching tightly onto Sienna's clothes as she struggled to breathe. This realization made my heart feel something I couldn't understand. When her vivid green eyes stared back at me briefly before she buried her face against Sienna's chest, making my body go completely numb.
My wolf stirred violently inside me, restless and almost impossible to control.
Mine.
The word echoed through my mind, bringing with it a possessiveness so fierce that I had to clench my fists to keep myself from reaching for her.
She is mine.
No, it couldn't be true.
I tore my eyes away from the small child, who looked like she had been ripped straight out of my blood, and turned my gaze towards Sienna, wanting an explanation even though I already knew the answer. Her entire attention was fixed on the child, as if I didn't exist.
Three years. It had been three fucking years since Sienna disappeared from my life, and now I was standing in front of her with a child.
“Whose child is this?” I asked, already knowing the answer.
Sienna didn't respond.
“Sienna, I'm asking you something.”
“Not now, Zev. My daughter needs a hospital.”
My daughter.
Those two words struck harder than anything else she could have said, but as my eyes fell on the girl, I wasn't able to stop myself.
“I'll take you.”
“No.”
“Sienna, she's sick.”
“I can take my daughter myself.”
Her voice was hard, but I noticed the way her hands were shaking as she held the little girl against her chest. She didn't even look at me again before walking out.
I quickly followed her.
No matter how badly I wanted answers from her, the little girl was struggling to breathe properly, and the fear in Sienna's eyes told me how serious it was.
“You're shaking,” I said, catching up to her.
“I don't care.”
“You can't drive like this, Sienna.”
She turned towards me, ready to argue, and I could already see the anger building in her eyes. She would rather fight me than accept anything from me. But I wasn't going to let her put herself at risk just to prove she didn't need me.
Sienna's expression changed as she glanced at the little girl. I knew she had no choice left.
The drive felt endless. I kept glancing at the rearview mirror, watching Sienna hold the child against her chest, whispering to her and brushing the damp hair away from her forehead.
She looked terrified. I had never seen her like that, not even when I… hurt her.
When we reached the hospital, Sienna rushed inside. I followed her, as she called for help. A nurse came running towards us, and within moments, they had taken the little girl from her arms and carried her through the emergency doors.
Sienna tried to follow them.
“Ma'am, please wait here.”
“But she's my daughter!” she cried, trying to get past the nurse.
“We'll take care of her. Please wait outside.”
Hundreds of questions built up inside me. She had a daughter. She had carried my child, given birth to her, watched her grow for three years, and I hadn't known a single fucking thing about it.I don't know what I'm supposed to feel about this. I have a daughter. How am I supposed to react? I don't even know.
Sienna stood there, staring at the door. Her shoulders began to shake, and she covered her mouth with her hand, trying to hold back the sobs that were already escaping her.
Something inside me twisted painfully.
I took a step towards her, but before I could reach her, someone came running down the corridor.
“Sienna!”
The moment the man reached her, his hand touched her shoulder, and she turned towards him. I expected her to step away.
“Tristan…”
She threw herself into his arms and broke down, clutching his shirt.
The sound of her crying filled the corridor, and I stood there, watching her cling to another man in a way she had refused to let me come anywhere near her.
“Tristan, Sera… She couldn't breathe properly, and her skin turned red. I was so scared. I didn't know what to do…”
“What if something happens to her? She's all I have, Tristan.”
The words blurred as my gaze remained fixed on the way his hand wrapped around her.
“Hey, hey, look at me.”
“I know.” He brushed his hand across her cheeks.
My fingers curled into fists.
“She will be fine. Our little Sera is a fighter.”
Our little Sera.
The words struck a nerve I hadn't even realised was exposed. Hearing him call my daughter theirs made something dark and ugly rise inside me, and before I could stop myself, my hands clenched into fists.
I couldn't fucking take it anymore.
Watching him hold Sienna was already bad enough. I moved before I could think, grabbing the bastard by the shoulder and roughly pulling him away from my Sienna.
He barely had time to turn towards me before my fist connected with his face. The punch landed hard enough to send him stumbling backwards, and within seconds, he hit the ground.
The corridor fell silent.
Sienna stared at me in disbelief, while Tristan slowly lifted his head, one hand moving to his jaw.
I stood over him, my chest rising and falling heavily.
“She is fucking MY daughter!”
Zev’s POV“The Thornbriar Brood throne is waiting for Sienna,” Remus said, his fingers tightening around the head of his cane. “She is the rightful heir, and I have no intention of allowing this matter to continue any longer.”I remained seated, watching him without much interest.“And what exactly do you expect me to do about it?”His eyes narrowed.“Send her back.”A faint smile touched my lips. “You seem to have mistaken this meeting for an opportunity to give me orders.”“I am not here to exchange pleasantries with you, Alpha. My daughter has been away from her people for three years, we both know you are behind it, and now she has returned with your child.” His anger was flowing through his words I leaned back in my chair.“You are free to believe whatever you want. It doesn't change the fact that Sienna is here because she chose to be.”“And you intend to keep her here?”“That depends on what she wants.”He let out a bitter laugh.“Don't pretend to be a gentleman now. I know en
Sienna's POVI opened my cupboard and pulled out the clothes and other things I needed to pack. My heart felt heavy, and I couldn't stop wondering if I had made the right choice. But if going back to the Moon Pack could save Sera's life, I was ready to make any mistake, even if I ended up regretting it later. My phone vibrated, pulling me out of my thoughts. I walked to the table, picked it up, and answered.“I've done what you told me,” a voice said.“I'll be there soon,” Tristan replied before ending the call.I sat on the edge of the bed, staring at the half-packed suitcase. I kept wondering if I was doing the right thing, but every time I thought of Sera lying in that hospital bed, I knew I couldn't take the risk of staying away.Whatever awaited me at the Moon Pack, I would face it for her._________By morning, we had reached the pack. Everyone already knew I was back. But I wasn't prepared for what awaited me when I stepped out of the car with Sera.My family and Zev's family s
Sienna's POV“Sienna, what the hell is this? What are you going to do?” Wilder asked, his gaze shifting towards Sera, whom I had just laid on the bed.He was my best friend, the one person who knew everything before I decided to leave the pack. He knew what Zev had done to me, but not the reason why I had disappeared, and why I couldn't go back, but I think now he knows it.“Sienna, you're the Alpha's daughter. You're supposed to be the future Luna,” he said, lowering his voice. “Do you understand what this means? And the baby…” He glanced at Sera before looking back at me.“I'm not blaming you, but what are you going to do if everyone finds out? You know how complicated things could get. The pack won't just let this go.”.His words began to blur as I looked at Sera lying on the bed. I gently pulled the blanket over her and brushed a strand of hair away from her face.I didn't care about being the Alpha's daughter or the future Luna. I didn't care what the pack would say or what anyon
Sienna’s POVHe had always been short-tempered, a man who wanted everything under his control. He was ruthless and cruel, and sometimes, I hated myself for ever falling in love with him.I hated how, even after everything, his presence still made my heart race and my hands tremble. I hated the effect he had on me. I once thought that beneath his cold nature and possessive behaviour was a man who loved me, but I had been wrong.I felt an unknown fear rising inside me. I remembered who Zev Valerius was. If he wanted something, he could go to any extent to get it. When he said it was just good sex and nothing more, I never thought he would enter my life again against my will. I was afraid of what he wanted from me now, and most of all, knowing that he knew about Sera made my heart turn to ice. What if he tried to take her away from me?I knew he could do anything. I wasn't going to step back. I stepped between them, unable to believe that even now, after everything that had happened, Z

Sienna's POVMy eyes remained fixed on him, but my legs moved backward automatically. His eyes followed every movement I made. My hand clenched tightly around the door, ready to slam it shut, but his hand slipped between the door and the frame, gripping it before I could.“Sienna, we need to talk.” His voice came. His words only made my blood boil.“There is nothing to talk about. Leave. The door!” My voice came out rougher than I expected, and I was grateful for it.Sera was sleeping upstairs. What if he felt that connection with her? What if he took her away from me? What if he tore apart the little life I had fought so hard to build and took everything from me again? There was so much strength behind his push that I tried to match it, desperately trying to keep him out, but I couldn't. With one harsh shove, he forced the door open and stepped inside. His familiar fragrance hit me, dragging all those stupid memories back with it, all the moments we spent together.Three years of for
