LOGINSienna's POV
I opened my cupboard and pulled out the clothes and other things I needed to pack. My heart felt heavy, and I couldn't stop wondering if I had made the right choice. But if going back to the Moon Pack could save Sera's life, I was ready to make any mistake, even if I ended up regretting it later.
My phone vibrated, pulling me out of my thoughts. I walked to the table, picked it up, and answered.
“I've done what you told me,” a voice said.
“I'll be there soon,” Tristan replied before ending the call.
I sat on the edge of the bed, staring at the half-packed suitcase. I kept wondering if I was doing the right thing, but every time I thought of Sera lying in that hospital bed, I knew I couldn't take the risk of staying away.
Whatever awaited me at the Moon Pack, I would face it for her.
_________
By morning, we had reached the pack. Everyone already knew I was back.
But I wasn't prepared for what awaited me when I stepped out of the car with Sera.
My family and Zev's family stood in a line, surrounded by armed men. My gaze fell on the man standing in the middle, his authority impossible to miss.
My father.
For a moment, I forgot how to breathe. I hadn't seen him in years, and now he was standing right in front of me. His expression barely changed when his eyes met mine, but then his gaze shifted to Sera, who was holding my hand.
My grip tightened around her little fingers.
I had specifically told Zev not to tell anyone about our arrival. So how had my father found out?
How did he know I was coming? I had told Zev clearly that no one was supposed to know about our arrival. I had only agreed to return because Sera needed help, not because I was ready to face my family or the past I had spent years running from.
Slowly, I turned to look at Zev. He stood behind me, watching the scene with an unreadable expression. He didn't look surprised to see my father waiting for us. In fact, there was something about his calmness that made my stomach twist.
Had he planned this from the beginning? Had bringing me back to the pack been about more than Sera's treatment?
My eyes searched his face, looking for an answer, but he gave me nothing. And somehow, that made my suspicion worse.
I had trusted him once, and he had destroyed me. I wasn't going to make the same mistake again.
I looked back at my father, then down at Sera. Whatever Zev had planned, I wouldn't let him use my daughter to control me.
The tension in the air grew heavier by the second. Zev's father stood a little distance away, surrounded by his men, while my own father's guards remained alert, their hands close to their weapons. One wrong move, and this could turn into a war.
“What is going on?” I turned towards Zev, keeping my voice low. “I told you not to tell anyone I was coming. So how did they find out?”
His eyes met mine, but before he could answer, my gaze caught sight of my brother standing beside my father. He looked just as tense as everyone else, his attention shifting between me and Zev.
My stomach twisted. I had barely returned, and already I was caught between two powerful families, with Sera standing right beside me.
I tightened my hold on her hand and looked back at Zev, waiting for an answer.
He didn't answer, and that only made me angrier. Instead, Zev turned towards the mansion as if he had already decided how everything would go.
“I'll handle it,” he said.
I stared at him, stunned by his casual tone. “You're not going to start a fight, Zev. And remember, I'm only here because of Sera.”
Something flickered across his face, almost like it hurt.
Zev had always been good at hiding his feelings, and I wasn't going to start guessing what was going on in his head.
“I remember,” he replied quietly.
I nodded, though I didn't trust him completely.
He gave orders to the guards, who quickly formed a circle around us, then walked towards my father and brother.
I watched him approach them, wondering what he would say. How was I supposed to face my family after all these years? They must be ashamed of me for leaving without looking back, for disappearing without an explanation.
And now I was returning with a child, standing beside the man who had broken my heart.
I pushed those thoughts aside. I couldn't afford to fall apart now.
Zev spoke to my father and brother, but neither seemed willing to listen. Their expressions remained hard, and the tension between them only grew. I wanted to know what they were saying, but before I could make sense of anything, the guards led me inside the mansion.
The moment I entered, memories came rushing back. The grand staircase, the long corridors, the familiar walls I remembered every corner of this place.
I sat on the edge of the bed, feeling like I had returned to a life I had fought so hard to escape. Something was happening outside, something Zev clearly didn't want me involved in.
Zev didn't return for the rest of the day. The maids kept coming in every few minutes, asking if I needed anything, while Sera bombarded me with questions I struggled to answer. I somehow managed to satisfy her curiosity without telling her the truth about why we were here.
By evening, a maid arrived carrying a sky-blue gown.
“Ma'am, we need to get you ready for tonight's dinner. The Alpha has ordered it.”
I frowned at her. “What dinner?”
She tried to explain how important it was, but I refused at first. I hadn't come here to attend dinners or play happy family with people I hadn't seen in years.
Sera was asleep. It was night time when I stopped outside my room to breathe the same fresh air, my gaze fell on something that made me go completely numb.

Sienna's POV“Sienna, what the hell is this? What are you going to do?” Wilder asked, his gaze shifting towards Sera, whom I had just laid on the bed.He was my best friend, the one person who knew everything before I decided to leave the pack. He knew what Zev had done to me, but not the reason why I had disappeared, and why I couldn't go back, but I think now he knows it.“Sienna, you're the Alpha's daughter. You're supposed to be the future Luna,” he said, lowering his voice. “Do you understand what this means? And the baby…” He glanced at Sera before looking back at me.“I'm not blaming you, but what are you going to do if everyone finds out? You know how complicated things could get. The pack won't just let this go.”.His words began to blur as I looked at Sera lying on the bed. I gently pulled the blanket over her and brushed a strand of hair away from her face.I didn't care about being the Alpha's daughter or the future Luna. I didn't care what the pack would say or what anyon
Sienna’s POVHe had always been short-tempered, a man who wanted everything under his control. He was ruthless and cruel, and sometimes, I hated myself for ever falling in love with him.I hated how, even after everything, his presence still made my heart race and my hands tremble. I hated the effect he had on me. I once thought that beneath his cold nature and possessive behaviour was a man who loved me, but I had been wrong.I felt an unknown fear rising inside me. I remembered who Zev Valerius was. If he wanted something, he could go to any extent to get it. When he said it was just good sex and nothing more, I never thought he would enter my life again against my will. I was afraid of what he wanted from me now, and most of all, knowing that he knew about Sera made my heart turn to ice. What if he tried to take her away from me?I knew he could do anything. I wasn't going to step back. I stepped between them, unable to believe that even now, after everything that had happened, Z
Zev's POVThe world stopped for me the moment my eyes fell on the little child in Sienna's arms.It was a girl. Her little face had turned red from crying, and her tiny fingers were clenching tightly onto Sienna's clothes as she struggled to breathe. This realization made my heart feel something I couldn't understand. When her vivid green eyes stared back at me briefly before she buried her face against Sienna's chest, making my body go completely numb.My wolf stirred violently inside me, restless and almost impossible to control.Mine.The word echoed through my mind, bringing with it a possessiveness so fierce that I had to clench my fists to keep myself from reaching for her.She is mine. No, it couldn't be true.I tore my eyes away from the small child, who looked like she had been ripped straight out of my blood, and turned my gaze towards Sienna, wanting an explanation even though I already knew the answer. Her entire attention was fixed on the child, as if I didn't exist.Thre
Sienna's POVMy eyes remained fixed on him, but my legs moved backward automatically. His eyes followed every movement I made. My hand clenched tightly around the door, ready to slam it shut, but his hand slipped between the door and the frame, gripping it before I could.“Sienna, we need to talk.” His voice came. His words only made my blood boil.“There is nothing to talk about. Leave. The door!” My voice came out rougher than I expected, and I was grateful for it.Sera was sleeping upstairs. What if he felt that connection with her? What if he took her away from me? What if he tore apart the little life I had fought so hard to build and took everything from me again? There was so much strength behind his push that I tried to match it, desperately trying to keep him out, but I couldn't. With one harsh shove, he forced the door open and stepped inside. His familiar fragrance hit me, dragging all those stupid memories back with it, all the moments we spent together.Three years of for
Sienna’s POVFor three years, I had lived with one rule: never let anyone from the Moon Pack find me.My gaze drifted toward the table where my three-year-old daughter sat.“Sera, don't do this. Your dress will be ruined, sweetheart," I said, gently taking the crayon from her hand.Sera pouted, her little lips forming the cutest frown. She loved coloring in her drawing books, but right now, she had decided to use her white dress as her canvas."Later, we have to go to the hospital, remember? So, can you please be Mommy's good girl and not make a mess?" I murmured, taking her small hand in mine. Her smile disappeared. “Do I have to?”“Yes.”“But I don't like doctors.”“I know.” I crouched in front of her and fixed the collar of her dress. “We'll get something sweet afterward. Deal?”Her eyes immediately brightened. As I looked into her wide eyes, my hand went completely still. Those vivid green eyes were an exact replica of a man I had spent three years trying to erase from my memory.
