The Caught

Susan quickly pushed Nate untop and burst into tears.

“Thank goodness, you’re here honey, he almost rape me, I have been begging him since but he didn’t listen to me” Susan said breathing hard and Nate eyes widened in shock.

“Am I dreaming? What’s this woman talking about?” Was the thought running on his mind.

“But…” Nate wanted to talk but Mr Wilson shut him up with a glare.

“What did you have to say? You wanna lie? How could you? You tried to rape my wife how dare you!” Mr Wilson said and moved closer to him. He landed a slap on his cheek and he hold his cheek in pain. 

He look up to see Sussn reaction, but Susan was busy smirking. How much wicked can a human be?

“But you met her untop, she’s half naked and I am not, I am not trying to rape your wife, she was the one trying to rape me, can’t you see that!” He yelled with tears.

“Me and you can no longer stay in the same roof, pack all your stuffs and get out of my house, you this bastard” Mr Wilson yelled.

“No darling, that’s too much, you can’t send him out of this house, he’s still our son” Susan said with a fake tear.

“No he doesn’t deserve to be called our son, he is a bastard” Mr Wilson yelled.

“Why are you being stubborn? Why can’t you apologize to your father and make him know you won’t do that again?” Susan yelled and Nate chuckled.

“You are always pretending like a good mother, where as you are not, this is what you want from the start and I am glad I am leaving for you and your son, maybe you should shift to your son since I am not available anymore” Nate said and Susan landed a slap on his face. 

“How dare you say that about me and your brother? Did I do something bad to train you like my own, did I? You tried to force yourself on me, I didn’t take it to heart, I am here begging on your behalf and you dare say that rubbish, you’re an ingrate” Susan said with tears.

“Leave now and never come back!” Mr Wilson said burning in rage. 

“I hope you find out early that I am not the one at fault, I don’t blame you, I blamed the mother that abandoned me, you have never have my time, you have never talk to me like a father should do to his son, I hope you continue being a good father to your son” Nate said.

“You know nothing about it and I found you in my room, on my bed!” He yelled.

“I don’t know what to say, but I want you to know that your wife isn’t innocent, this is not the time to explain things to you, I am leaving your house, hope you will be happy forever” with that being said, Nate dash out of the room and walked to his own room. 

His phone ring out loud in his pocket, he dip his hand in his pocket and brought out the phone, he stare at the screen and smile to hiself before clicking on the answer button.

“Hey,” he said to the person on the other end.

“What happened to you? You didn’t sound good?” That’s his female bestie voice.

“Are you in the house? Can I move in to your house? I will explain everything to you when I get there” Nate said and Claire chuckled from the other end. Claire is the name of Nate bestie.

“You can come here anytime you like, my door is always open for you” Claire replied.

“Alright, I will be there in some hours time” Nate breathe out and stood up from the bed.

“I will be expecting you, see you when you come” Claire replied.

“I thought, you called to tell me something” Nate said.

“Yeah, we will discuss it when you come over, take care of yourself for now” Claire said and end the call. He walked to his wardrobe and pack all his things, without leaving one behind, he roll his luggages out and take a last look at the room before locking it, he walked to his father room and met him laughing like nothing happen with his wife, this anger him but he did all his possible best to be calm.

“What are you doing here?” Mr Wilson yelled.

“I am not here to beg you, I just want to advise you to keep an eye, on the devil you called wife!” Nate yelled back and Silence crowded the atmosphere, as Nate aura radiated in the room. 

“Get out!” Mr Wilson said and Nate scoffed. He throw the key on the floor and dragged his luggage, he turned back and glare at Susan “I don’t wanna see you anymore, today should be the last day, I will set my eyes on you” Nate said calmly, but his voice carry so much anger.

Susan moved back in fright, in as much as she wanted to cover up her nervousness and not let it consume her, she couldn’t do it, Nate have never spoken to her like that before, she wonder what got over him, as she found herself drowning in it. Mr Wilson patted her back and Nate walked out of the room.

“He can’t do anything to you, I have always known he will turn out like his mother one day, you don’t need to be scared of him, I am here for you” Mr Wilson said.

“He doesn’t look happy, the look on his face says it all, why don’t you just forgive him and give him last chance” Susan said.

“I understand your plight, this is what every good mother will do, but you aren’t save with that bàstàrd” Mr Wilson said and Susan also shake her head in support.

Nate stopped a cab and gave him his location, he take a last look at the house, before entering the cab..
