The Betrayal Part 6.1

"I guess this is it. This is the time we part ways." 

The serious look on Ether made us unable to turn our heads away. I gulped down, not fully understanding how we came to this situation. 

"How can you say such words?" I asked Ether.

Shila nodded, a pout and a frown on her face. "Right, right. We need to do this together. Ether, stop being a coward and face your own fears!" 

Ether's eyebrows twitched. 

Before us was a huge boat that could fit ten people at most. According to Old Man Tavo, it was the easiest option that could bring us to the next town called the First Town, a town located in between the Northern Woods and Eastern Woods. Riding a boat to reach the town could take about an hour. While as the other option was to take another route but would approximately take half to an entire day since it would be travelling by foot. 

And Ether... Well, I had learned her weakness today. 

"Yo
