เข้าสู่ระบบHector, the assistant at Ward Group was scrolling social media when he saw the news; Designer Teds was back. After two years, she had finally returned back. He hurried to Teddy’s office. "Mr. Ward. Teds is visiting the Golden jewelry store."
"Show me what you got!"
Hector handed his phone to Teddy.
Cody, who was standing close by, bent to take an interested look. His eyes grew wide when he viewed the pattern clearly. "Have you actually located her?”
However, Teds location was still unknown.
Calmly, Teddy said, "She probably doesn't want to be found."
"Then what should we do?" Cody gave his chin a contemplative rub.
After giving it some thought, Teddy said, "on the tenth of next month is Celia’s birthday. The manager of Golden Jewellery will be among the many people I invite. Let's discuss and see what we can uncover.”
Hector nodded and left.
Cody pondered for a moment, but then he scowled as a thought occurred to him. "Look Ted, based on your recent behavior, I think you have feelings for Fay.” he wanted to explain. But he was interrupted by Teddy’s harsh stare.
"Fay and I simply got married for the sake of my grandmother. We can't tolerate one another,” Teddy said, "I don’t love her so you’re mistaking. It's better to get a quick divorce than to be stuck in a miserable marriage forever. So think twice before jumping to conclusions.”
Teddy thought back to a time before they were divorced. Fay developed a fever one day. She muttered the name of a man while she was out of it. He felt a little uncomfortable thinking about it.
Cody chuckled clumsily and replied, "Okay my mistake. I won't mention it again.”

Fay was looking up information online in the meanwhile. Abruptly, she learned about Francis outstanding performance in the Jim Project. Her cheeks lit up with a small smile of pride. She was so proud of him.
In his career, Francis had accomplished so much. Fay wanted to congratulate him by getting him a gift. However, what ought she to get him?
She stroked her chin and thought for a long time, but she was at a loss for ideas. She and Francis had everything they needed, after all.
Fay ultimately made the decision to visit a mall after work. She went to Blu City's biggest mall after she left the company. She went into the men's accessories area via the elevator.
There were ties, belts, and watches. The range of products astonished her. She pondered for a while as she stood in the mall. The need for ties was constant. She ultimately decided to get Francis a tie.
Unexpectedly, a mocking voice cut her off as she got close to the tie shop. "Miss Roy? Oh, do you also want to purchase a tie? This isn't your normal shop. After your divorce from Mr. Ward, are you still able to purchase items like this?”
Two individuals were standing behind Fay when she turned around. The first was Celia in a pink gown. Celia’s best friend, Jill D’Amelio, stood by her.
Fay thought she was crazy. With the same disdainful tone, she answered Jill’s comments, "Do I know you? Does this relate to you in any way?”
“Well, I was correct. Why don't you respond to my query?” Jill smiled in a sardonic manner.
Fay gave Jill a sidelong glance. Without a word, she entered the store right away.
Jill blocked her path before entering. "Are you afraid to respond to me, or are you deaf? I finally get why Mr. Ward divorced you for my friend , haha. You lack education and are impolite. Cel is better than you in every way.”
Fay spun around and gave her a sharp look. "A well-educated and courteous individual like you obstruct my path and bark like a stray dog in public. Congratulations! You prevailed.”
"You..."Jill wanted to dispute it because she was so furious, but Celia intervened. "Jill."
Jill gave a chilly snort when she heard Celia’s voice. She turned back to Celia and said nothing more.
With a gentle smile, Celia took a step forward. She had a soft, non-aggressive appearance. "I apologize, Miss Roy. Jill is direct. Don't be upset with her, please.”
Fay gave a small snort. "I won't dispute with her, of course. I can't bite a dog back if it attacks me, after all."
"Who are you calling a dog?" Jill nearly lost her mind.
Fay gave an uninterested shrug. "I'm you calling a dog."
"You..." Jill was so furious that she was unable to complete her sentence.
Celia comforted her by patting her hand. She continued to glance at Fay while grinning. "Miss Roy, on the tenth of next month, I would like to invite you to my birthday celebration. That day, Teddy is going to invite a lot of people. You might run into your Mr. Right if you come.”
Jill said cruelly, "Cel wants you to observe the lives of the wealthy. You ought to express gratitude to her for her generosity.”
“Hehe. Will I accept your invitation, in your opinion?” Fay thought it was absurd.
"Tsk!You're a coward! Do you find it frightening to see Mr. Ward and Cel together? Will you feel depressed about that?” Jill asked.
"I apologize for disappointing you. Whether they are together or not doesn't matter to me," Fay remarked. Suddenly, the phone she was holding vibrated with a new message. she looked at the message.
[Miss, you are invited to a banquet on the tenth of next month by Mr. Ward of the Ward Group.]
As she read the message, Fay thought, "Teddy is unaware of who I am. Thus, he is inviting me thinking it’s Teds designer.”
Things were becoming more intriguing.
Jill provoked Fay by purposefully making fun of her. "If you're a not coward! I challenge you to attend!"
Setting the phone down, Fay looked up at Jill. "Well, I wouldn't disappoint you because you invited me. I'm coming to see the lives of the so-called rich men."
"Miss Roy, really? Then, I'll ask his assistant to send you an invitation personally."
But Fay casually remarked, "No need."
"But you can't enter the banquet without an invitation," Celia responded.
"What makes you think I don't have an invitation?" Fay sneered as she spoke.
"Just boast! When the time comes, we'll see how ashamed you are.” Jil gave a snort. She received no response from Celia. Her eyes gleamed with a hint of excitement. It occurred to her, ‘Fay fell into the trap’
Celia’s smile somewhat expanded as she felt needed after receiving Teddy’s directions. "Be at ease and let me handle it," she stated with a confident smile. “Nothing will go wrong.”"Okay," Teddy said apathetically, turning his head away from her. As she stood there, Celia silently wondered how to get in touch with that so-called Miss Roy and assist in fostering collaboration between Ward Group and Fy Jewelry in order to win Teddy’s favor. That Roy family name made her remember that Fay had also the same surname and her face was immediately filled with disdain and hatred. She snorted. Fay could never belong to the powerful Roy family, she only had the name as her surname.Jill abruptly interrupted Celia’s thought, "Cel, Fay is here." Celia looked up, following Jill’s eyes. Fay was standing across from her and Teddy, as was to be anticipated. Celia’s countenance suddenly took on a note of smugness, as if she had been reminded of something. She purposefully murmured as she cocked he
Celia was surprised to see Fay come so quickly. After a moment of astonished incredulity, she snapped out of it and looked across at her. She discovered that Fay was dressed simply in a light blue dress and had no additional jewelry on except for a modest necklace around her neck.Celia felt self-conscious about her appearance because it didn't lessen the beauty of her face."But what about it? Aren't you still so miserable that you dress in such a basic yet sophisticated attire, regardless of how attractive you are?" Celia pondered, and her expression slowly changed to one of disdain. She said again, "Miss Roy, are you deliberately hiding in this deserted place because you're worried about being outdone by the wealthy ladies in the hall?"Fay smiled a little. “Miss Thame, aren't you also present? Does that imply that you come here specifically to conceal because you're also worried?”“Is that likely, in your opinion? Today, I am the major character.” Celia confidently raised her chin
Fay sighed and replied, "I've been busy with the company's affairs recently, and I truly can't spare any time." "You're gifted in medicine. If you don't take advantage of this chance to learn from me, you will be a wasted talent when I am unable to teach in the future." Bush thought that would be very unfortunate, and he let out a heavy, regretful sigh. "I've finally found a promising student, but it turns out that she is unwilling to learn," he grumbled to himself. What ought I to do? As soon as Fay saw his gray hair and sad expression, her heart could no longer stand it. She touched his shoulder and extended her small hand. “Don't be depressed, please. Okay, I swear I'll do all in my power to find the time to study medicine under your tutelage.”She consented, but as soon as she did, she suddenly had headaches. To be honest, she had little interest in medicine. She once went to the doctor with her father when she was quite young. She was fascinated by the doctor at the time, so sh
"You expect me to apologize to you, even though I'm your elder? Do you really believe that's possible?” Lara was obviously upset as she stood with her hands on her hips and her chest heaving. “You constantly accuse me of being disrespectful and unfilial," Fay shot back with a shrug. “However, it appears that your own notion of filial piety is equally naive. In such an important situation, you won't even offer a simple apology. How does that describe you? That indicates your lack of concern for Madam Ward’s welfare, doesn't it? If word gets out, how will the Ward family view you as their daughter-in-law?”"You..." Lara’s face flushed because she was so angry. She was at a loss for words to counter Fay, and she felt completely powerless. She turned to face Teddy, sobbing and slapping her thigh in exasperation. “Just have a peek at her, Teddy! This is how the ostensibly amazing woman you married really is! Now look at how she's treating me! If you don't defend me, she won’t learn to resp
Teddy ate in silence at the table at Ward Manor that night. Lara, meanwhile, kept thinking about her run-in with Fay at Golden earlier that day, and the more she considered it, the more irate she felt."Ted, that Fay is getting more and more crazy," she added. “I'm glad you've already separated from her. If not, you have no idea how much difficulty she would cause you. I'm not sure who she was able to win over, but she resides at Golden premium villa No. 9. How is it possible for someone so obscene and despicable to be entitled to such a luxurious residence?”Teddy paid little attention to Lara’s other words. All he could think of was that Fay was residing in Villa No. 9. Then he unconsciously tightened his hold on the fork and scowled a little. "Mom, did you really see Fay entering Villa No. 9? "Inquiringly, he queried. "Obviously, I witnessed it firsthand. If I didn't, I wouldn't tell you! That woman—“Teddy had already lost interest in Lara’s rambling. "Is Fay really willing to s
Francis gave her a card. "There's two hundred million dollars in here, it's kind of an allowance I'm giving you as a brother," he remarked with a smile. Fay gave him a joyful hug. She drove over in the cheapest Benz from the garage after obtaining the villa key in order to maintain a low profile. "Miss, I have never seen you around here," the security guard said as she reached the gate. “Before entering, please go outside and confirm your identity."“Alright." Fay got out of the car, grabbed her access card from her bag, and was about to tap it on the scanner when she heard a voice that was both familiar and sarcastic. "Well, isn't this Fay, the gold digger? What are you doing here? Come on, this is Blu City's famously wealthy neighborhood, Golden. Do you truly believe that someone as impoverished as you should be admitted?”It was a mocking voice. When Fay looked around, she saw Lara Ward, her former mother-in-law, with a contemptuous and piercing expression. Lara had never been
