Chapter 65 - It Was Like A Dream

It was like a dream that Gerthel would not want to wake up anymore. As her feet touched the ground of their once mini farm her tears continued to flow. She looked around and was completely surprised to see the changes therein. The farmers’ former hovels are now rows of cute mini bungalow houses and her and her mother’s former house has been renovated into a modern house, although with still a touch of its former native type of house. Their plantation have more fruit-bearing trees, vegetables, and root crops and of course, their rice field was showing the blessing that farmers mostly needed. It was almost on its harvesting time.
