Chapter 23

Bob immediately chased the black van, he also contacted Steven and explained what happened to Clara, he was not alone at that time, he was with his two friends.

"Hello?" Steven said.

"Sir, Two men kidnapped Miss Clara, they took her in a black Van, and I'm chasing her," Bob said.

“Damn! Why did you let that happen? I ask you to look after her! Give me the van's number plate and I'll be right there," Steven said and he hung up the phone.

After hearing what happened to Clara, he immediately rushed away along with the other men. He had asked Bob to watch over Clara and her mother so that something like this didn't happen, but his trust had just been shattered.

On the way to Clara's location, suddenly the phone rang, he looked at the phone and it was Larry. That means he might have gotten something about his mother.

"What?" Steven said.

"I found her whereabouts, I'm heading to her place now and—"

"Bring her to my place, I'll see her soon," Steven said.

"What? Don't you want to pick her up
